Ace Pro Heating Air Conditioning & Plumbing Ltd.
Our boiler wasn't working, it required cleaning and replacement of the thermocoupler. Cam and his colleague were very friendly and explained what needed repair and why. All the questions I had were answered and the repairs were done in a timely fashion. I would recommend using this company and I will be calling them again should I require any other maintenance or repairs.

I would highly recommend Pro Ace Heating and AC. Our AC unit stopped working during the recent Vancouver heat wave, and they were able to send a technician to investigate the issue the very same day. Everyone I dealt with (from the scheduling team to the technician) was knowledgeable, timely and courteous. They were even able to find the part needed and come back the next day to complete the repair. Their pricing was fair and they didn’t price gouge during the heat spell.

Absolutely the best service ever! From the wonderful woman doing emergency services coordination to the two young fellows that came to do the work, the service was outstanding! On top of everything, we spoke with them at 9 on sunday morning, and they were here (in Lardner) at 12:30, traveling from North Vancouver, a day after a major snowfall. Highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for everything.

Ace Pro Heating Air Conditioning & Plumbing Ltd.
They are professional and responsible.My hot water tank was broken last Friday. When I called ACE, they gave me quick solutions and installed an on demand water heater on Saturday. Since there is a hot water circulation system in house which constrains the water pressure, they came and fix it once I reportes the problem. I would like to say that ACE is really professional and responsible. I'm satisfied with the service. Thank you, Ali, Dimitry, and Beverley!
