I had to advocate for my autistic child because she has no voice. I hope you understand that. When I came in I made sure to record my interactions with this pediatrician, I suggest you do the same.I let her ask me over again if she did what she needed to do. Um I know what you meant, I did what I" needed to do. You weigh my child and check her height. Please stop talking to parents slow like they are stupid

This is not a review based on Dr. Murray, but of their office communication practices. My family doctor has faxed a referral 3x, called 3x, I have called 3x and was only able to leave messages. Not one call has been returned in the course of 2 months. If there are no appointments available until 2023, then a call advising as such would have been appreciated. At the very least a recommendation to another physician in the area to address my son's serious health issue.

Dr. Breau and her office staff are unprofessional at best. Scheduling, return phone calls or a returned email based on their convenience and willingless to help, not on the childs. I have tried many times to contact Dr. Melanie Breau but she has refused to answer medical questions regarding my son. This outpost Of the Sudbury hospital acts with impunity and does what ever it likes. More people should leave their reviews and voice concerns to the CPSO regarding Melanie Breau and her office staff Sarah that deliberately interfere with information needed for GP's or referring doctors playing favorites and supporting their own agenda above that of the patients. Very very disappointed in this Doctor and an administration that refuses to look into the conduct within.
