Staff are nice and friendly. They keep your appointment on time- when it is made at 2, they will start at 2. Love that I don’t need to wait. Place is clean and welcoming

I had my eyebrows and eyeliner tattooed with Uravi. She was very patient, explaining everything to me and offering her experience to help me make an informed decision about shape, colour, etc.I have recommended the Greenhouse Spa and will continue to do so.

not sure why i haven't made a review yet, but whew! let me just rave about my girl victoria. victoria never disappoints. i usually come here for hot stone massages, 60 minutes or 90 minutes, but today i came for a massage and a back treatment. to say that i'm pleased with my service is an understatement. she has magical hands. she gets the pressure right the first time around, knows which areas to focus on, and makes sure you're super comfortable throughout your session. she makes sure that you're not too cold, which is very important during a massage. the services are expensive, but they're not too ridiculously high considering the service you receive. i've tried several other spas in the city and this one tops.the only downside is how quickly the slots are booked lol. you have to book weeks in advance. the staff members are great too. always a nice experience at greenhouse!

Great staff, they took me in for a last minute manicure due to my regular place canceling - nothing but welcoming arms. Offer a flexible schedule that works well with my work hours and I loved everyone I in interacted with. I will be returning!! Thanks again

First time that I called, the receptionist spend 3 minutes pretending to shuffle around other people appointments in order to get me in. It seemed really fishy, but I thought, what do I know about massage therapy receptionist jobs. Within a couple of days they called me back to reschedule for a week later because they no longer had that same availability. I'm in a lot of pain, but I understood because I assumed that the therapist had covid. They told me that I would also be put on the cancellation list, so that I could possibly get in earlier... Today is the day of my appointment, and when I went in they said that I didn't have an appointment at all, and that there wasn't anything that they could do for me. My suggestion is that if you really want to go here, you better triple check that you actually have an appointment. I don't know if she just didn't make my appointment, or possibly they really do shuffle people around to let other people in. Either way I am not happy with the fact that my chiropractor referred me to this place, and I will be letting his office know that this is how his clients are treated.
