After initially have some issues, Jean-Francois (the GM for Montreal) was able to rectify all of them. He was extremely courteous, straightforward, and easy to deal with. He even gave me a discount to compensate for my lost time from the issues. I really appreciate his effort and will definitely be coming back for future projects.

This business was very difficult to deal with to say the least. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because they have what I was looking for at a good enough price. The employees are incredibly rude, especially it seems when they know you are English. If my money is good enough for your store, you should make some effort to be courteous and meet me with patience so we can try to understand each other. I have a strong command of the French language, but given that construction is not my industry, I do not know how to communicate it very well. I finally had to get my contractor involved to get anywhere with this company.

I went to this place to ask for a counter tops, I supposed to get a call the next day but I never get a call back for a quote. Try to reach him many times( at least 7 times) but He kept saying I will call you back today and It's been almost a month. Just waste my time and gas. Avoid this companyunprofessional.

Ordered doors in July, was told they'd arrive in September. Called two days later to cancel order, was told they would actually arrive the next week, so no, I couldn't cancel. Called the next week, not ready. Called the next week, not ready. This went on . . . all the way until September. Go to pick the doors up, they close for lunch! This despite the numerous people who seem to work there. And the product they sold me is the same you can buy at Home Depot. I'll just go there next time. Wanted to support a local business, but not worth being lied to, and the inconvenience.

Parquet floor which I could not find no where they made a special order and we were able to satisfy customers. I really liked the final result. All this was helped by Ghislain Belanger. It was very pleasant to work with such a specialist who knows his work for 100 percent.

You can get just about any moulding you want here. And Joel was particularly helpful in helping me through it all. There is room for a couple of cars to park to load your material.
