I called these guys as my water had frozen in the ground and friends had applied heat to my standpipe to try and get it flowing again, but to no effect. They came and did exactly the same, applied heat to the pipe, to no effect again and all they said was I'd have to wait for the ground to thaw. The cost was $356 ($200 for truck charge & travel, $139 service fee). I have no problem with the service fee but $200 from Jaffrey to Grasmere? And the problem wasn't fixed and no suggestions other than wait until the ground thaws. No senior discount either so I would highly recommend NOT using Go Plumbing.
