They are unbelievable. I ordered the wrong fridge but didn't realize that until the morning of delivery. Called the 866 # and they cancelled the order. When we went back to see Alfonso he provided us with a bunch of options. And we got the fridge we wanted in a couple of days.Way beyond the usual level of customer service.
