I’m only rating as a 1 because I have to. I inquired AND paid for my product on April 2nd. Sent my address. April 17th I informed her that I hadn’t received anything and she said she had 30 orders on hold with Fedex because of COVID-19. I understood. After multiple SEEN, but unanswered messages, I requested a refund on May 12th, and again on May 14th at which point I was blocked. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable! Scam!
