Gino's Restaurant
Finally got to checkout Gino’s and had dinner from their dine out Vancouver menu. The service was prompt, the food was made fresh and just delicious. The portion size is really good and enjoyed our meals so much. The place is a bit busy but the service was on spot. The pita seemed fresh from the oven and hummus, tzatziki were just yum! Chicken souvlaki and roast lamb tasted perfect, the rice pilaf and potato were equally good. Highly recommend checking this place out. Will definitely be going back again. Lots of paid parking available right outside on the street.

First time heading to Gino's, seems to be a local favorite and hosted many large families. This didn't delay our server to make sure we were taken care of - great service. Ordered the calamari, beef soulvaki, roast lamb and Gino burger. Good food on a budget, all were good but the roast lamb is more on the fatty side for those wondering. They do have lots of daily specials like soulvaki on Thursdays for 15.95. Nice spot and will head over again to try the pizza and pasta.

We had the roast lamb and prawn souvlaki - flavor was good, the lamb was tender, but my prawns were a bit overcooked.

We went for the Dine Out special . Absolutely fabulous food and service ( thanks Lexi ) Highly recommended.We shared the meat lovers pizza and lasagne, both were excellent. We also got some hummus to go . We will definitely be back !!

Good amount of food, regular taste, busy and famous, but nothing exceptional. We tried the calamari (disappoints), not crunchy and with raw onions, chicken souvlaki (similar to opa) but double priced, and opa’s rice and pita are better, chicken tender ( not good as cactus). Other Greek nearby like Greek tavern have more options with the same price and tasty.

I discovered this restaurant in March and have visited it three times. The owner and cook are Greek and they serve the best Greek food I have ever tasted. Bavo

Nice time here last night. Enjoyed the food very much and the servers were really friendly.We had the kalamari as well as the scallops and bacon appetizer. Both were great. Kalamari had a nice crunchy batter and soft squid. Scallop was very tender.Had the roast lamb dinner and can't really go wrong with this item. Fall-off-the-bone lamb that's also still very juicy and packed with flavor. Their tzatziki sauce is great too along with the pita bread.Nice time here overall and would come back in the future.

I tried the roast lamb and calamari here. The roast lamb was very tender and had great flavor. The calamari had a nice texture and was plenty seasoned. Both plates were a good portion size. Prices were very reasonable and service was good. The restaurant had a nice local community vibe. I would definitely come back to try out other menu options.

The day we came to visit, the restaurant was quite busy but that didn't stop the servers from doing a fantastic job attending our table. The pizza, calamari and baked pasta we ordered were terrific and they capped our night off by offering us complimentary cake. Totally looking forward to my next visit here!
