What a beautiful restaurant to visit while in North Bay! Not only is it a refreshing change to visit a restaurant that isn't a large chain, but to receive such friendly and efficient service is something that guarantees this establishment will be a staple in the area for many years to come.If you have the opportunity to visit on a nice day, their patio offers an intimate and atmospheric experience for couples, friends, and families alike.Our server was very knowledgeable, polite, and excellent at her role and it shows how much she enjoys working there with the passion she delivered in our experience.On the way out, the staff were kind enough to let us take a picture of their beautiful wood oven and gave us a brief description of how it all works. It's a site to behold as it is in the heart of the restaurant, enabling all customers to see how the magic happens.I can't recommend this establishment enough and encourage everyone to stop in if visiting North Bay, or if you live there.

Incredible pizza. I've never had a bad pie here. The ingredients are top quality and the crust is to die for.My last visit, I split a smoked meat pizza and warmed olives. Both were incredible. The olives are a nice diversity in a great marinade and the pizza is topped to perfection: neither too much or too little but a wash of flavours in every bite.Big points on having one of the nicest patios in the Bay. Most patios are street or parking lot facing. Arugula's faces the creek and at a beautiful area.Points for the service. A touch slower on a busy day but nothing of note- friendly, quick, efficient. Full marks.

Great little gem. We took a ride after seeing the sign on the highway near Sturgeon Falls. We order a panini and pizza delicious. Definitely authentic Italian food. We were too full to order the dessert pizza!

First time. Arrived 45 minutes after opening and they were already out of meatballs! Super popular item as every table around us also asked for and were disappointed by the lack. We started with the mussels, which were very tasty! Hubby loved the house made Balsamic Vinegrette dressing and salad that came with his Chicken parm sandwich. I had the arugula pizza which was excellent. My kid had the lunch prix fixe selection (salad, margerita or pepperoni and gelato for $19) on a gluten free crust ($4), which was also excellent. We'll be back on day, and hopefully get to try the meatballs!

Food was so steaming hot when we got it, it's a nice change, we had to wait for it to cool. Loved that. We were put at a table up against a wall, it was very tiny and the dishes quite large, so managing everything in that space is a challenge. Delicious food, great service!

Amazing pizza certainly, actual Napoli Pizza oven on site. But the gem, the true dish, that sets Arugula from the rest are the nachos. These are not any nachos they are deep fried wanton wrappers with an outrageous crunch combined with being a complete absorber of flavours. EAT HERE. We drive across Canada and never skip Arugula.

The food was full of flavor. Probably the best thin crust pizza in North Bay! The menu had a ton of options, even has some vegetarian and vegan options. Definitely go for the pizza!

We like places like this. The atmosphere is great. It's not a massive place so it has that cozy feeling we crave after a good day of activities. Italian-style pizza and a bottle of easy-drinking red, Mmm.. so good!
