went to pick up some equipment there’s no signage to let people know that their offices are closed, this guy came out with glasses and said hey guys you can’t be in here. this is extremely unprofessional and could’ve been handled in a better way. if you’re spending a lot of money to purchase equipment for time sensitive jobs, and considering that we’re in a heat wave this was unacceptable. Next time I consider selling equipment to customers I will not be purchasing it from national energy, they definitely do not have customer services in mind. and they may want to consider adding signage to let people know that they are not able to go inside.

Stay away from their work van on the street. The driver gotta have some problems when he driving -- very rude and aggressive, doesn't care any other vehicle around him.
