Résidence YMCA

My days at the YMCA at Tupper street were simply wonderful and I want to thank the entire staff of the facility,from the very helpful,patient and very understanding reception staff to the marvelous and amazingly hard-working,loving,kind and professional restaurant staff to the polite but very efficient security people,medical team,cleaning and sanitation staff,truly caring social workers and helpful volunteers.A never to be forgotten experience.A cherished memory.A wonderful time.

I volunteer here every now n then, they are very organised n generous with the work they do helping refugees settle in giving them food clothes n shelter, the basic needs. It's the best of staff most of the donations are very helpful n they hv wide variety which is good. Also some of the refugees come back and give back to the YMCA after they settle in.

I give almost everything here a plus, good rooms, good and nice meals served three times a day, oh how I love being here.

The best place to be, good staffs, amazing kitchen styles and lovely people. I can't wait to contribute my help.

sadly it is impossible to give less than one star!! One star is to much!When I was a resident there with my family, It was very good; Now I can say that there is a VERY HEAVY AND TOXIC AMBIANCE.......Not exactly because the residents but because somme people working there. Some staff members were more ready to listen rumours and to participate in gossip conversations than make their job.At the volunteers side, some had not limits and were disrespectful with the people there and with the other volunteers, the volunteers group was very bad organized.There are discrimination in some cases too!I hope after four years there is not the same personal that usually was, I really hope it is better ethical ambiance from and for the volunteers and from the employees, When I was there like volunteer I was able to see how some people ( employees ) used to take the clothing and household donations destined for the refugees to their homes, and when I decided to denounce that, I was in trouble! I will give minus three stars ➖⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am using this opportunity again to say thank you to YMCA and PRAIDA. It was a five star service you guys gave everybody. God bless and increase you guys. Thank you to the great and very friendly staff. Thank you

This is an organisation that I have never seen in my entire life, they are the best, show you concern and care to children's need. My God I wish to be a financier someday.

Best place for new people

Great Place, Very accommodating people. Free internet services. Social workers are always willing to help. Reading about some negative comments here just reminded me of how ungrateful people could be. I mean, do you expect all the staff to be perfect? They are human, give them some credit.
