I showed up for an appointment I made the previous day only to find that they had no clue or recollection of what I was talking about, and said that it is walk-ins only. The receptionist suggested it was the other location I made an appointment with but after showing him on google and my call log that in fact was this location he just kind of shrugged it off and told me I have to wait a while regardless of their mistake. I said that’s fine and as I’m explaining to him that 2 of my tires are good and 2 are not, he just cut me off and started talking to the next customer ignoring what I’m saying. Pretty unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. So I walked out won’t be returning.

I went there for some work needs to be done ( a timing chain replacing) through some dealer but I am not happy at all with there job I am not really sure that really they replaced the timing chain or just repair the old one because still having sound on Cold Start some time.I don't really trust them.

Transmission fuel, Engine oil, Filter, cabin air filter, rotate tires, inspect seat belts - everything done - Except, you can’t see the patient when they perform the surgery - Hope it make sense what I say - Repairs happen in closed doors where customers arent allowed !

I would give them negative stars if I could.I came in because my car was making some noises at the bottom, wasn’t sure what the issue was so went to get it checked out as they are experts, or so I thought. They mentioned multiple issues to me which could be making the noise. I asked which issue is making the specific noise and they had told me it was the back tire cylinder. They had mentioned to replace the brakes, but they said the noise I’m hearing Is due to the back tire. I decided to only go ahead and repair the cylinder in mention. I went ahead with the repair hoping the issue is resolved. I receive the car paid more than $350, to my surprise I am having the EXACT same issue as before. I walked in and walked out with the exact same problem, so what did they fix?I had called them the next day explaining the issue and they start blaming me for not repairing the other things.These guys do not know what they are talking about and WILL RIP you off, wanting you to fix things which aren’t necessary and put the blame on the customer. Unethical practices.I went to another mechanic who has much more experience, and he had pointed out the exact issue to me, said I did not need to replace anything, no brakes or anything. It was a simple repair but they had made me fix something which never needed to be repaired, and paid a ton of money.I would highly recommend skipping this place and going elsewhere, as they do not know what they are talking about and just want your money. And to add on top, they will not take any blame or any sort of assurance, if you’re still having the same issue even after the repair.

Amazing spot. One of my biggest fears when going to a mechanic is dealing with dishonesty and people trying to upsell you. That was not the case here.The staff was very caring and are very educated at what they do. They show you exactly where the issues are so you can see for yourself what is wrong, and how to go about fixing the issue. On top of that, their prices are very fair. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I have been going to MK Auto Repairs for a while now. Zahid bhai and his team provide the best services possible. I have always seen their prices being extremely honest, and at times they have even shown generosity to their loyal customers. They always diagnose the issue right away and get straight to working. Highly recommend coming here as there is no better workshop in the GTA to take your car to. I only trust MK Auto Repairs with my BMW!

MK Auto are Scammers. Stay away from them. I went for AC checkup for Dodge Caravan. They made me refill AC gas for $100 and after that the AC was still not working. Then they said the AC compressor needs to be replaced and i asked them are you sure. They said yes and then replaced the AC compressor - still the AC didnt work - paid $700 for compressor and labor. Then they said there is a tube which is leaking and needs to be replaced i asked them again are they sure. They replaced the tube for $200 and then still not working. i asked them why did they made me repair all this and they said its business and wont repay me back. They just make extra money by scamming you.

I will give maximum star's to these guys ,once you drop your vehicle , you don't bother looking elsewhere. You'll only get honest and professional service from these guys! Shakeel , Zahid , Bryan and their team is amazingly professional.They know their work and will take care of your car at competitive prices and quality service.
