I'm glad I did not listen to these other reviews. I bought my straight hair bundles and I have been wearing it for over 8 months. This is one of my best bundles bought online, very affordable and it is tangle free. I hope to buy a wig next time, blue in color.

Long story short. Don't buy your hair here. I live in Toronto and it took OVER 2 weeks for my order to get to me not once, but both times I ordered. Not because of shipping. But because they didn't fill the order until I would email them asking where my order was. The customer service is not existent and so overpriced.** Here is the tip I wish someone would have told me: Go to AliExpress and buy it there. The 2 brands that were recommended to me were U-Nice & Tinashe**I ordered my new frontal on Tuesday and it is arriving in a week. So already better than Weave got it. Oh and the only reason I needed a new frontal is because Weave got it sent me the wrong hair and won't return my emails. Sooo there's that...I hope this helps! Good Luck on your hair journey!

The worst customer service ever....I purchased some hair pieces on their website, then 3 weeks later they tell me they don't have the product. I asked for a full refund including the extra money used to expedite the process and no one has reached out to me nor have I received my refund. No one answers the phone it's disgusting.I would never use them againAnd I'm still waiting for my money.You've responded saying I only messaged you 2 days ago... I've sent 3 emails first one being Jan. 31st and then 2 more in February and march. Do not make it seem like I didn't try to reach out several times not to mention on your instagram DM and also tried calling your number that doesn't seem to work.So yes poor customer service and will gladly except my refund.Thank you

I've had the loose wave in for about a month now, excellent hair. It's soft, healthy and doesn't shed, definitely will be ordering again. The hair came fast, customer service was very good and pleasant. Very happy will not be ordering from Aliexpress again. Weave Got It Canada is my spot now!! Thank you

Horrible, I was excited about ordering from a Canadian company and now that I have I will probably think twice now! I ordered and paid extra for 2 day shipping, I received the run around saying that it would be shipped at the latest 4 days after I ordered. After another 3 days it had still not been sent, when I asked why Samantha gave me a reason, so I waited 2 more days to see if my package would be sent out. After those 2 days I sent another email asking why it hadn't been shipped yet, it has now been 10 days and 8 business days since I placed my order. After I sent my last email last Friday I received confirmation that a shipping label had been created, it is now Wednesday and nothing has been shipped out and my tracking still says that only a shipping label has been created. I am beyond angry that I wasted my money going through this terrible company. It disgusts me when people take advantage of hard-working people, I am a hairdresser and I suggest any hairdresser looking to buy hair do not go through this company!! I will be sure to tell anyone looking to order to never use this company!

Ordered some hair for my girlfriend and let’s be honest I know nothing about hair lol. I messaged them and they were able to help me get my girl hair and she loved it. Hair was at my door in a timely manner. Shipping was fast coming from Canada. Had no problems with the order

Beautiful hair love it. I was a frequent AliExpress customer. The hair quality doesn't even compare. Soft, flowy and doesn't shed. Good price for the quality.Customer service is one of the best, had a small issue and all was quickly resolved.Shipping could be a little quicker but all in all really good company.

Ordered my first lace front wig from WeaveGotIt and I love it. I am not exactly wearing it properly but I am learning but I love how versatile the hair is. The color of the lace is perfect and the wig was the right size didn't even have to glue it down

CANADIAN COMPANY: GIVE THEM A CHANCE!Okay, I initially gave Weave Got It Canada a low rating but said I would update if the matter was resolved. The matter was resolved. I shop online for weave/wigs all the time but not one to post reviews. Long story short, I was delighted to discover a Canadian hair company that carried virgin hair/wigs.I placed an order and didn't receive it. Eventually I received a voice mail from Weave Got it Canada asking me to return the call. I normally wouldn't state a name but her her name is Samantha. She is a well spoken woman, she acknowledged my frustrations , explained why I didn't receive my order and offered options. Text book, she did everything right: In my words, not hers, I hadn't received my order due to growing pains which have since been sorted out. The options were, 1. Accept a similar product. 2. Full refund. I opted for a full refund and received my money (almost $500) within days.I have alopecia and will always be on the search for great hair/wigs. I've learned never say never"

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!***And don't listen to the positive" reviews. They are clearly fake. Look at the dates
