Costco Hearing Aid Centre
Have been very accommodating, particularly during Covid. They take the time to explain and go out of their way to find a solution that is the best and the least expensive. Very ethical and professional.

Costco Hearing Aid Centre
Costco has the best service ever. Cyndie at the Northeast store's hearing centre is the best. I would not think to go anywhere else. I've tried a few others and most outlets I've been to, seem to care more about their bottom line than your hearing. Thankfully, there are options out there, like at Costco.

Costco Hearing Aid Centre
I’m going to drive across town to try again, all I am doing is getting my Costco hearing aids serviced and it’s conflict every time. The two women that cover the desk for the clinician have no customer manners whatsoever. I am tired of being verbally abused and scolded every single time i go there. I have been waved off, told to come back later, scolded, lectured. All this *before* i even get to tell them why i am really there! No oversight on these staff. Captive customers, Their Domain. Why are they both so angry?
