Very supportive , friendly and knowledgeable staff. X-Ray and Ultrasound Technicians are really very professionals and they know their job very well.On the top of everything else, the lady on the help desk was amazing, she did a great job by arranging an urgent Ultrasound appointment for knee while I walking in for X-Ray.I highly recommend everyone to go give them a try.Appreciate their entire services.

The most unprofessional imaging clinic I have ever been to. From the front desk staff to the technicians. Very upset with the service they provide here. Front desk staff, are disorganized and picking up calls mid conversation with me. Not excusing themselves from the conversation. Desk area is a mess. The office staff handed me my requisition and asked if that one was mine. It was... but what if that was someelses he had given me by mistake with peoples medical information. He could have collected my information in a more professional manner. There was also a staff memeber taking his break behind the desk drinking a coffee. Please use your staff room for that. Also the technicians clearly don’t enjoy their job... no smile, don’t properly direct you throughout the office to the room. It gets worse they are rushing you throughout the appointment and minimal instructions Honestly I’d rather wait hours at the MSH imaging center then to go here. There needs to be more regulation at these places that provide imaging services to patients.

Parking may not be easy to find at this busy location.

Ontario Diagnostic Center: Please ask for Bushra if you go to this location for any UltraSound as she is the BEST". I had an appointment with a lady technician and her name is Bushra. She is an excellent technician as well as a wonderful human being. Even though i live 70 kms away from this centre

I've been to Ashgrove Medical Centre several times for ultrasound. I've received excellent customer service and helpful staff every time. I went there today for ultrasound and I was received by Rifat, who was very pleasant and amiable. My mother accompanied me for her own ultrasound and was seen by Uzma. She was happy with the service provided to her. I definitely recommend Ashgrove for their pleasant staff.

Worst experience ever with the ultrasound technician. We've had 3 kids and this was our forth and she was extremely unhelpful spoiling our excitement. How does this clinic operate?

Do not go here for pregnancy dating ultrasound. The technician was horrible - her face was so grim it looked like she found something seriously wrong with the baby. Kept mumbling everytime she said something. I had to ask her to speak up at least 5 times. Very annoyed that my first time ever seeing the baby was such a horrible experience.

The ultrasound clinic over here is excellent. We are also an imaging center in Toronto but we don’t have license to do Vascular ultrasound. We refer our all vascular ultrasound patients to them. Our patients always turn to us for thanking us for referring a welcoming clinic. The staff here is very professional and they understand the urgency of the matter in order to adjust the patient on short notice too. Their online booking at there website is an excellent feature too. The reporting system is very quick & efficient. Thank you.

I have been to couple of other ultrasound places around here in Markham but staff there is quite rude and unwelcoming. But at Ashgrove I tried this time and found their service exceptionally great. The staff is courteous, they are quite well following the COVID guidelines, clinic is clean/well organized, technician interaction is good, and above all reporting is quick. I booked with them on their website and got the call from them within 15 minutes to confirm my appointment, it was so much hassle free. It was a great experience to be there and would highly recommend this place for any type of diagnostic studies.
