These ladies corn-rowed my nephew's tender head and they were incredibly patient and kind even though he fussed. His hair looks amazing regardless, I just can't say enough about this family, they've been a necessary staple to our community and I will now be going in for my own hair. Thank you!!

I rarely write reviews on anything. However, if you are a curly haired 4A 4B 4C person... I just want to warn you: This place is not for your hair, if you want to get a good trim in its curly state. I should have ran the other way when the stylist saw my semi-tight curly coils (when stretched they're only down to my bottom neck) and asked (with a worried look) if my hair will still be curly after she washes it... By the way, she had seen my hair before and assured me that she would be able to trim it.Anyway, it only took her 20 to 30 minutes for the whole process of quickly washing and quickly conditioning" and quickly "trimming" my hair. Indirectly I used this establishment by paying the deposit for my girlfriend. We both ended up testing positive within the ‘24 hour’ rule and she shouldn’t be out in public so we tried to reschedule.She refused to be considerate for a returning customer and treated her like a flight risk expecting another $50 deposit before moving the appointment. I said in the background to call back after we’ve talked about it and she got real snotty about how she’s got a business and now she’s got an empty chair for 3 hours because she didn’t have the notice. As if we planned to get sick.First experience was ok. This one not so much. I’d expect better treatment as a returning customer that’s already demonstrated the want to make the appointments as scheduled.Garbage customer service. Average braids.
