Brite Blinds

I ordered my motorized black out blinds beginning of November and was quoted approximately 4 weeks for installation. There was no communication on the dates being pushed. Not until I reached out to check on them and even then the communication was not great.It took a total of 11 weeks until I was able to get my blinds installed. When the installer did come, he was very nice to work with. I do like the product after the install finished but the lack of communication and huge delays is really disappointing and tainted my experience. I was really looking forward to the product and service after seeing all the good reviews but I was left in the dark after I paid my deposit.

I just had my blinds installed, and I couldn't be happier! I had a consultation with Mike Ryan, who discussed the various available options with me. In the end, I ordered 6 roller shades and 5 faux wood blinds. The installers were friendly and completed the job in a little under an hour and a half. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with both the service and the final product.

Spoke with Michael Ryan who was referred to by my contractor. He came and assessed my apartment, gave me some samples and was more than happy to answer my questions. Looked at 4 - 5 blinds companies and Brite Blinds stood out for their customer service and pricing. I had 4 motorized blinds with valance and the installation was quick and easy. They also took my old blinds for disposable. Will recommend to anyone.

Very slow and unprofessional service.They promise to install the blinds in 2-3 weeks, but does not show up and even no courtesy to convey the delay to the customer from their side. No response to the customer emails even after sending multiple reminders.Same thing repeats twice with me.

Brite Blinds was recommended to us by our developer and we ordered blinds for our patio door. We had some minor concerns with our blinds order. However, when I advised Brite Blinds of this the team was responsive, on board and helped to make this better in a timely manner. They replaced our blinds and we couldn't be any happier with the result and service from the staff. Lorne, Harpreet and Jason were all very kind. Reviews are rarely written for good service but this team deserves some recognition. I would recommend Brite Blinds to anyone.

I am very happy with the Brite Blinds for the seven blinds including one balcony door vertical blind which have been installed in my home. Good products, good installation and affordable price.

We have been using Brite Blinds for our clients for many years, both residential and commercial. They are always willing to work with us and deal with any deficiencies in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them.

We called Brite Blinds back in November to have our balcony doors redone. The initial consultation was pleasant and we were happy with the price. The first issue arose when I had to keep asking for a receipt or acknowledgement of the deposit I had paid via email. I still have not received that to this day. After a few months they finished the blinds and came to install them. The first install visit ended poorly, the initial measurements had been incorrect and parts needed to be remade. The second install visit ended poorly, this time I believe one of the mechanisms did not work properly and they would need to come back. The third visit ended ok, they finished the blinds but they did not work great. The technician at the time said that it was the best they could do. The blinds do not rise properly and still do not fit the space.We decided to live with it for a while. Our contractor happened to be by the house and we mentioned our disappointment in the blinds. He noticed they were poorly done and recommended contacting the company again.We contacted the company and they appeared to sympathize with our disappointment and sent out another person to measure again to make another set(forth visit). So we started the whole process again.The fifth visit ended extremely poorly, the blinds once again were not done properly and they would need to come back. During this visit the installer was very poorly prepared, he did not have a measuring tape (borrowed mine), did not understand the original issues, and knocked on my wife’s home office door while she was on the phone to ask if he could use our bathroom after 20 minutes and proceeded to take a number 2 (which was visible). The sixth visit ended poorly, this time nothing appeared to be wrong but the end result is in the photo below.This experience has been so disappointing, we are just getting a separate installer to come and fix this work. Even if the blinds were free I would still end up paying the full amount in time lost working to be home for all these visits and terrible attempts at getting it right. I would not recommend using them.

Love my new window coverings ! The entire experience was great. Farid was an excellent consultant who provided great options & advice. The installation was perfect. Everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with at this company was 100% professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

We had a small issue with our Facia and Brite Blinds promptly sent out Sandy to assist us. Not only was the service call deployed promptly, and issue resolved, but Sandy also explained how the blinds were actually installed so we can easily replace parts and rolls ourselves. Sandy was an absolute joy and very kind person to have in our home. Thank you so much Brite Blinds!- Dave
