Well it's been two weeks now I guess I can say I have officially quit. Sure there is the odd craving but probably 10% of the feeling I had trying cold turkey. It's hard to believe how easy it's been. Just remember that you really have to want to quit as there will be moments you want a smoke. Especially at work when it comes time for a break. Anyway I highly recommend this laser therapy to anyone serious about quitting it was the best $300 I ever spent. Good Luck!
