$220 for a lift ticket is totally ridiculous if your skiing with a family look at one of the smaller hills in North Vancouver. Nothing against the hill but way too expensive.

I had the best guest services experience with Martina and Katy - they took the time to help us fix a mistake that we made. I imagine many other resorts would have turned us away since it was not their fault at all. Thank you Martina and Katy!(Guest services aside, taking off a star for Vail’s ownership)

Called on their services to pick up a pass at the start of the week and they could not have been more helpful. Great stuff.Also called in to sort out some lost property and they were again outstanding.Well deserved five stars from me.
