I am particularly impressed with the medical staff. They were professional, capable and made me comfortable prior to, and after my colonoscopy. Please keep in mind that your appointment could potentially run later than expected, so keep the day free for your procedure.

Had a procedure done at DVEC today and it was a good experience. The staff were friendly, caring and went about their work very efficiently and kept to schedule. Also they were good in providing preparation details ahead of time. I would definitely recommend.

Please do not go to this clinic! 3.7 rating! I should have gone somewhere else. I had a procedure and they did not sent the results to my doctor. Now they are making up excuses why they now can not release the information. I can only conclude they lost the test results and I will have to have the procedure repeated. It was not pleasant having it done the first time there. The office person, she identified herself as Tran" was not helpful and said she could not release the information to my doctor??? She said she would have the manager call me back to explain why they can not release the info to my doctor or to me."

Had a colonoscopy and endoscopy on April 03, 2023. Arrived at 10AM, filled out some forms, and they immediately took me into the first room to take my blood pressure and ask a few questions. After that I changed into the gown and went right to the procedure room. The doctors explained what they were going to do and then I was put under. Woke up and was given some juice, got dressed and left. Entire thing took less than 90 minutes. Staff was professional, efficient, and super kind! Special shout out to Rebecca, she was one of the most caring nurses I’ve had, though everyone was great I just can’t remember the names!

I'd give this location a zero due to its reception staff. I called on April 3 at ~1130h to re-schedule my appointment, I called before to re-schedule so this would be my second time to re-schedule, staff stated that this is my last time to re-schedule, I don't respond well to threats, so I said cancel it altogether there are other clinics I can go to. Since when are patients given a finite number of attempts to re-schedule, there are patients who may find this procedure very scary so they may reschedule quite a few times to get their courage up to complete the procedure but this particular staff is very rude, vey curt, slammed the phone on me. History will repeat itself, staff like this needs to be weeded out and given a performance warning documentation.

Our appointment was for 12pm & we were notified 24 hours before about an hour time change. We arrived on time and waited for 45 minutes before we asked about the delay only for them to tell us that we would be waiting till 1.The ladies at the counter should have informed us on our arrival that there would be a longer wait. Our time was not valued and wasted.They were kind and calm otherwise but still frusterating.

This place has no generator in case if they lose power. This makes the procedure quite risky. I had an appointment first thing in the morning for colonoscopy, they lost power and even after the power was resumed, they told patients that they have to cancel all appointments since it would be risky to proceed with unreliable power. After 2 days of prep my time was wasted. It is very disappointing, how much a generator costs for this place to operate without it. I was told if they remove a polyp during the colonoscopy and lose power they cannot patch the spot and this is very risky to the patients!

Very bad experience right from the start. The day before my colonoscopy I call the clinic to clarify something and the receptionist after getting my name said that I had cancelled my appointment. When I denied making the cancellation, she was adamantly repeating that it was me who called in to cancel. After some argument she came back saying someone with my last name had cancelled and not me. The apology was terrible and not sincere. Next day at the clinic, they had my name with someone's address. Then, two days later, they call me to rebook my cancelled appointment". I told them to get their records straight at the clinic. Now

A recent hiccup in health got me to ask my family doctor to book an endoscopy and a colonoscopy at a place of my choice. Having already gotten an endoscopy done a few years ago, it was a convenient location or me to choose with ample free parking. A call to the center got me an appointment for a Saturday morning on my request which was within a week. The receptionist was very accommodating and emailed the instructions promptly. Apologies for not asking a few names of staff to offer our praise for their efficiency and professionalism.Come Saturday morning, we're met at the center by a young gentleman who was very thorough with the paperwork and got me settled in. A few minutes later, I was called in by the nurse, Diana I recall. She walked me to a room where she asked a few necessary questions, checked my blood sugars and directed me to change and wait in the room. The center was clean and well run. I was shortly then transferred onto a bed and was asked to relax and wait. A while later, I was rolled into the main room and was received my Marianne, the nurse and Dr. Deb (Sorry if I spelt it wrong). The friendliest of conversations took place among the 3 of us reminiscing careers in different countries, which took away the edge of the nervousness one would feel in such an environment. Dr. Eng then walked in, and introduced himself, a very polite gentleman. I was positioned and was out like a light bulb within a few seconds, only to be woken up what seemed like 4 secs with the procedure all done. Diana was very polite, efficient and considerate. Made sure that I was well enough to dress and wait for my spouse to pick me. Dr. Eng came and explained what was done and what would need to be done. Thorough and polite and ready to explain if need be. Thank you to all the team members at this center.I'd like to wish everyone health and best of it, but for any reason if you need a procedure, I'll definitely recommend this place.
