Tower Dental Clinic

This was my daughters first real visit (had a filling done) and the staff was incredible with her. My oldest is very nervous with the dentist so I was worried about how she would react (my being youngest and the first time she really needing anything). But Dr. Shiva and her assistant Jenn were amazing with her and it was so painless she hasn’t stopped talking about it all day! 100% recommend!

The ladies at the front counter were great and the lady who cleaned my teeth did a great job

I switched myself and my daughter to this clinic and am happy to say that the switch was worth it.Everyone that we dealt with, from start to finish, were friendly and professional. From the initial booking on the phone, the front desk staff, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Gabriel, all made our experience at Tower Dental a pleasant one.Thank you!

I’ve been going to this dentist since I was little & it’s always been great, however, the dentist I had today was not the best experience. It felt like I was being shamed for my kid having an abscess, even though I take them in for cleanings at their other dentist every 6 months, which is more than most people even go to the dentist. I know I’ve done all I could to avoid this situation, yet I feel like I was being shamed. My child didn’t tell me their symptoms until the day of the abscess. Also I was asked by the hygienist if it was my childs back, bottom right tooth, I said yes & she took an x ray of the wrong tooth, so my child had to do that over again when they’re already in pain. When my child got off the table after the procedure, she was in instant pain & balling her eyes out because I think they use less freezing than they used to. They wrote off her pain saying she just felt pressure & she’s fine. I know that’s not the case because I constantly need my freezing topped up during any dental procedure I have now than I did when I was a kid. That was disappointing. They said they would provide her Tylenol & they didn’t. They also didn’t provide gauze, we had to come back for it & buy our own Tylenol.I had to work all day yesterday, spend my night in the clinic the night before to get a prescription, and wait at the drug store to receive antibiotics that were hard to get because of the shortage. I was tired/stressed/worried as is, so to have this experience at the dentist afterwards was unfortunate.The ladies at reception were amazing though.

Jo the dental hygienist is excellent at what she does , so gentle and nice strongly recommend

I used this dentist for about 5 years. Every time I went in, they would make insulting comments and make me feel terrible. They told me that I have a bad diet" and that's why I have cavities. They argued with me when I didn't want to do x-rays for one visit because of financial reasons

I followed my dentist to Tower Dental Clinic over 30 years ago and I have received THE BEST CARE I could ever ask for especially since I was so fearful of dentists and avoided them most of my life up until I met Dr Lee and then Dr Martins who did extensive work on my teeth and pulled out most of my teeth for dentures made by Dave Bladdon best teeth I ever had, no pain it was a great experience and I have 7 teeth left with regular cleaning they are trying desperately to save so I have full upper but much needed partial on the bottom for best results. I highly reccommend Tower Dental Clinic to anyone needing emergency or just regular dental care. I now have Dr Sheiba as my dentist and love her to pieces.

I was a patient here for over 20 years. The new management made me change to a different dentist. We were not told when there was a change of ownership, and when I booked my regular appointment I found out that my dentist had left because another one walked through the room to do my exam.Went here for a filling to give the new dentist a chance, and if fell out like 2 months later. Went elsewhere to get it fixed and its been fine for over a year.This clinic will also charge you for the wrong things, and not take complaints seriously. Im still waiting for a call back regarding a charge dispute I put in with the office manager. Tower Dental used to be great. But now, stay far away.

Dr Gabriel is an amazing dentist!! He made my kids feel comfortable and safe during their appointments. I would absolutely recommend him and this office to my family and friends
