I'm updating my review to a 4 star.4 star: The sausages are good. Differences that I notice from Ryans are that Polcan comes in a big ol' box, not packed in 4-6 link butcher paper. On the plus, the flavors are unfamiliar but good. I've got four boxes now to go through from Polcan and the kids are devouring the sausages. So.... success with Polcan. Thanks! Maybe I was just having a bad day with that 1 star.1 star: I paid 600$ for a 136lb deer. Seems expensive. Maybe I'll change my rating once I've tried them.

In short, i will bring my hunting harvest here from now on.The services i had done;cut/wrap and spicy Italian sausage was made out of my whitetail.the vacuum packing is professional, very little blood, strong tight seal, and labeled clearly.drop off was painless, just make sure your and licenses are in order ( call ahead to make sure they have room as they get busy!)pickup was fast! boxes very well organized and labeled according to work order # and facility is clean and professional as well.the sausage is delicious and i cant taste any game from the deerThese guys are pros....i will say i am a tiny bit disappointed my sausage isn't vacuum wrapped but i didn't specify...... so its probably my bad.Have no fears bringing your game to Calgary Wild Game processing.JN Hunting season 2021 picked up 2 weeks after drop off.
