Very patient, takes the time to ask questions and explains things thoroughly.The other staff members are also very kind. Krissy has always helped me in scheduling appointments and is flexible if I need to re-schedule. I would recommend 1000%

I had the most amazing facial with Devon. Right off the bat, she was attentive towards the needs of my very dry and sensitive skin and recommended the best treatment for it. She aptly explained all of the products she used on me and I walked out with my skin feeling more hydrated and refreshed than it ever has. She was incredibly friendly as well and we had fantastic conversations about skincare while I was getting my treatment. Above and beyond, she took the time to actually map out a skincare routine for me that incorporated what I was already doing and combined it with a couple of added steps and products. World class service.Madonna and her team are always welcoming and smiling. They are knowledgeable and professional. I have fair skin and light brown hair and their Vectus laser is doing wonders to remove my body hair, I am on my 6th appointment and is almost all gone. I highly recommend the microneedling and facials too, such a relaxing experience. You will feel like you are in a cloud from the moment you walk in. I have been to the Laval and Montreal locations and I love them both.

I had the most amazing hydrolift facial today with Devon. The spa is bright, clean and beautiful. Everyone was so sweet and friendly. I highly recommend this spa! Devon has magic hands. And she explained all the steps, made me feel very welcome and cared for. She also recommended a skin care regimen for me that I am excited to follow!

Absolutely fantastic. First time to try New Age Spa and it’s worthwhile. The place is so clear and quiet. The receptionist is very welcoming and helpful. I had my consultation and treatment with Francesca and she is simply put: Amazing!!! Constantly checking on you during the treatment, and didn’t bored a minute from my hundreds of questions. She also took her time through the process without feeling rushed for her next appointment. Highly recommend the place.
