hands down the best suspension shop I have ever dealt with, great staff, very professional. if you think they are a bit far, go anyway it is totally worth it. i have sent many referrals and all had the same experience. its nice to deal with a shop who has moral values

John and his crew did a great job my leafspring bolts and shackles were rusted and seized so more work for them to get it right! They handled it perfectly!

Purchased a set of springs and after almost a week of waiting for them to ship out they canceled my order due to not enough quantity in stock" but when I look at their site it doesn't say out of stock but instead they raised the price by over $100 extra dollars. That is shaddy and I won't be doing business with them again."

I showed up to Total Suspensions this morning with two broken leaf springs , right and left , without an appt , john the owner of the shop managed to fit me in right away even though they were solidly booked,Within a couple of hours the mechanics had installed two new high quality springs and all new clamps on my F150 pickup truck and i was back on the road no problems,The service and freindly skilled staff are 5 star all the way,The price was too gd to mention , lowest i was quoted anywhere,I highly recommend Total suspensions on midwest drive 200%Thank you very much John and staff.

Searched these guys on google and decided to give them a call and possibly some business as I wanted to do some work on my suspension...not sure who I spoke to but I explained some concerns I had with my car and the gentleman was polite and seemed knowledgeable but said they had no time to do any work that day...I said well when can I bring it in and he replied I can take down ur number and give you a call back to arrange a better time...so that's what I did but never heard back from them again and this is a week later only cuz google reminded me...so I cant rate them on the work they do cuz I never got any...only reason they get a 2 is bcuz the guy was polite and somewhat receptive of my concerns otherwise wud b a 1...that's no way to do business
