Came here to replace the screen on my galaxy s21+ a few hiccups along the way but they made sure I was satisfied in the end.

These guys rock they know exactly what to do and they're not in it for the money the first time I went there they were able to fix my phone instead of me having to send them back to the manufacturer today I had to go in again cuz it wasn't charging anymore I called in they told me they could change the piece so I went over when I got there he took a look at my phone it wasn't charging because it was dirty in it he just took out the gunk instead of charging me for changing the peace in which he could have done to make money but he did not so it cost me only five bucks but they didn't charge cuz I bought a wire I mean these guys are great that's why I gave them five stars thanks a lot guys I will recommend you to all of my friends!!!

The best phone repair shop in the mall and quite possibly the city. The two gentleman working there were very kind and offered a free diagnostic. Although I had suspicions it was my Pixel 4'S battery that was at fault, the technician confirmed it by bypassing the battery and powering the motherboard directly.He then ordered a battery and told me it would arrive in 2 days. I've received a callback from them the very next day and my phone was ready and working like new! I must add that they did not want payment until the work was completed which I think is great. Lastly, with the professional equipment they have, you can tell they are professionals.

I came in for a cracked screen. They changed the screen and the one I have seems to be defect, it clicks automatically anywhere in the screen and theres a solide 20% of the screen that doesnt even detect the presses. That cost me 287$. I came back to complain and they said they would order the screen and then never called me back. They dont answer the phone either its been 4 weeks now that im stuck with a broken screen and 287$ completely thrown out the window. Very unsatisfied.

Verry bad experience, the seller scammed me with fake shatterproof screen.I really disencourage you to fix your phones there!

I cannot say enough good things about them! I have not come across many people, especially business people, who are such good-natured and kind people. I was very impressed with there demeanour, there helpfulness, there competence and willingness to explain and accommodate my situation.When they took my phone apart to fix the screen they found a swollen battery. They went out and picked up a new battery and waited to hear from me as to whether or not to fix it. They showed me the issues and explained the situation in detail, which made me comfortable as a consumer knowing he knows what he's doing, they are honest and straightforward. There's more to it, but I'll keep it short and say they went above and beyond and I am very appreciative!Service was timely, professional, courteous, affordable and well done. There are not many businesses that operate at this caliber. Thank you, Guys !!
