BEWARE SCAMMERS!!! September 28 2021 I swear I was scammed by these people at 380 Couronne. I paid cash, was given a ticket out of the automated checkout machine, then went to exit and was told the ticket was cancelled. The guy at the other end of the intercom asked me for the time stamp on the ticket, which when I looked at it was over an hour old. He refused to believe me that I had paid, so I had to ask those now lined up behind me to back up so I could get out. I went to find my original entry ticket in the garbage next to the automatic check out machine, and wouldn't you know it, the machine had just been serviced in the 10 minutes while I was away and the garbage had been emptied. I was completely scammed, and I'm sure the two enjoyed the $15 they ripped me off. I cold only get out by paying another $15 lost ticket" charge."

Expensive, other Indigo nearby are $8 per night, this lot charges $15 because of Pur hotel & best western guests.

Good, safe indoor garage, easy to navigate. Wish the signage to the garage and inside was a bit better. We got lost on the way to it because of the one way streets and then, in terms of leaving the actual garage, the signage wasn’t great either. We ended up in the lobby of the actual residential building and we were scolded by the agent at the front desk...
