Cleanest bathroom I ever seen or smelled at any gas station

Went for a car wash on the 12th of Feb and when the arm came to the drivers side it broke off my mirror. When i went inside they said they couldn’t do anything. I also had to wait 30 minutes in order for someone to go inside and pick up my mirror cap from inside the car wash.When I got home I called and the attendant told me to go back and they would start an incident report and they would take pictures which they did but I have to waste time to go back to the gas station when they could’ve just told me oh give me one sec will get you to fill out an incident report when I was there waiting for someone to go get my mirror cap.avoid this car wash if you can.

Car wash doesnt properly clean your car. Maybe thats why it was one of the Petro Canada’s without a line for the carwash. Don’t use this location. Plenty of other ones near by.Lost a bumper magnet as well.

Clean facility (inside and out), friendly staff that often greets you with a smile, and speedy service that keeps the lines moving as fast as they can in this very busy location.Only gripe would be with the car wash, a compact car (fiat 500/mini cooper) may not get a great wash here as the rollers are configured for wider and taller cars. Lines moves a bit slow as well, but that’s to be expected with a location this busy.

Not a good place to wash your car . Below average customer service. I usually use touchless wash which is next to them but they were closed today so went to this location. Front and back bumper didn’t get cleaned. I talked to their staff. They have plenty of time to do arguments. Weird thing is they start complaining about your car instead of accepting their issue. Before issuing rewash she want to see if i have season pass or not . GURJIT KAUR is her name if i am not wrong . A customer has two option either get a ticket or season pass. I am wondering if that’s how they get trained to give customer service. I have been using petro season pass for a while never had this type of experience. A message to their senior manager or supervisor , work on your CUSTOMER SERVICE. Before writing review have seen so many related reviews for customer service..

I got a car wash earlier tonight and when the arm came around to clean the drivers side of the car. It broke my mirror. The attendant just basically threw his arms up in the air and said I dunno. Well gee that helps.GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR CAR WASH!Will definitely call to talk to manager tomorrow

I was on my home at approximately 1230am where I stopped over for some munchies, this type of DISCUSSED I HAVE NEVER FELT, WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!This man South Asian with a Turbin that is the best I can for description.The nerve of him to speak down at me with such attitude, unbelievable!THIS MUST HAVE BEEN THE WORSE EXPERIENCE AT A FUEL STATION!Dated 28, of June 2022. THIS GUY DESERVES TO BE FIRED!

The car wash hardly cleans. Manager Sandip had no interest in helping to make better. Do not go here for car wash.

The employee- Mohsen was very rude. I went there around 11.30 in the night and I understand he might had a long shift but this is not at all the way to speak to the customers. He was so angry when I was paying for the gas. When I asked for the cigarettes and lottery ticket then again he got angry. I felt so threatened that I wanted to leave without filling up the gas. Will never suggest to go at night time to this gas station.
