They worked on my neighbors house roofing in April 18, 2022. Their ladder fell on our house and damaged the vents and siding. They knew I am home as dog was outside and they stopped by to leave business card so that we can be in contact to fix the issue. They promised to come to repair it in a week. I emailed them the very same day so they have my email and phone number. There was quiet, no response. On May 5th I called them to ask if they can finally come repair. That was the first time they asked me to send the dimensions and color of the siding. They didn't care until then even though they had my contact. They said it needs to be ordered and it will take two weeks. The birds started nesting in the vent and its causing additional damage. I texted them again on July 27th, 2022 that I will try to book other company and they will be liable for the invoice. However everybody was busy so I could not get anybody to fix it. They did not respond to it at all.At the end of August I opened the BB case and left a nasty review here on Google. To which they finally reacted with a phone call on August 30th. They said they are coming first week of September to fix the damages they caused this spring. Guess what. ...I texted them one more time on October 4th, 2022 that I am going to file Albetra Consumer Complaint. They texted me back that they are coming on October 8th and that they want the review down.They finally showed up on the agreed date on October 8th and they fixed the issue. The new repair is satisfactory. I closed the BBB complain and updated this review with the timeline of true events.

Recently our roof has been replaced by Alibaba team, they have done a good job.
