Alpi's TIRE DEPOT

Disappointed...Yesterday I called ahead to see if Alpi's had a used Michelin Defender, which they did and they said it had 65% tread. I came across town in the pouring rain to pick it up and have it mounted on a new rim. The good part was they looked after me fairly quickly even though they looked busy, for that 2 stars. The bad part (no stars) is that I accepted the tire on good faith and did not look at it before they mounted it. The tire upon close inspection today (not raining) was junk. At 65% it should have around 7/32 of tread and it had 3/32"

I only came here to get a valve stem repair, but it was cheap, quick, and easy. There was also virtually no wait. I will be back many more times!

If there was 0 stars i would give. I did all four tire exchange but they gimme report of all tires balanced but they were not and i talked with them when i called them they said all are balanced but i have all tires checked out all were unbalanced. And yet. Instead of compensating they are saying the invoice is 2 weeks old . Dont get tires here they will put you in danger and wont accept there mistake

Overinflated my tires and told me they couldn’t balance one tire because the rim was damaged. The wheel was fine. Had to go elsewhere to undo their work unfortunately. I guess it’s okay if you want cheap tires but I won’t go back…Update: the management contacted me about my experience and offered compensation. I do hope they improve their business practices from my experience.

Alpis tire Depot has a very good reputation. They won't over charge you, they are efficient. You can drive by anytime of day that there open and see many people waiting to get their tire. This isn't cause there slow or anything, it's cause there busy. But yeah reputation goes far, and speaks for itself.

I purchased 2 used tires for my vehicle, the following day 1 of the tires popped unexpectedly while driving without hitting a pot hole or anything. I pulled over and upon inspection realized the used tire was very cracked and old looking around the wall. It was partially my fault for not inspecting the tire before purchasing them but I trusted that a company that has been around as long as Alpis would not do bad business. I returned to Alpis right away and they told me it was to bad they aren’t sure if it was my driving that popped the tire so there was nothing they could do even though I showed them the cracked walls and it was obvious that’s why it popped. I feel I was fully scammed how could they sell a tire that popped within 24hrs of installation and not return it or at the very least exchange it. The owner was very rude and basically told me to get off his property. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service I don’t know how this place is still running I highly recommend that no one goes to this place. Worst experience ever!

These guys are the best. Got my tires changed from them and they were able to get me in and out in no time. Tejji is the person to go to, gave me sensible advise on my tires. Perfect and quick service. Definitely recommended

Worst experience. Just came here after calling the shop. On call I asked if I can get a tire with description, the guy said said yes. And after reaching the shop crew said they can’t make it today because the limit according to customers already there. I had only one tire to get change which they couldn’t due to their time issue. Didn’t expect this. (I read your reply: “Next Time try To tell your customers about this over call”.

Very busy and fast paced team. Giving 3 due to few team member have negligence attitude otherwise most of the time experience was awesome.Other thing They hiked the price now before it was considered cheaper than other places.
