Found them on Facebook and sent them a message. Very fast response and was able to replace just the glass on my phone which saved over 50% vs other places. Friendly service and repaired in a reasonable time frame. Would highly recommend.

John has Very very very honest prices and fast great work. This is the cheapest and best place in the lower mainland for quality work for repair. Don't go anywhere else. It's In empire center in the outside portion . The fast food inside the mall is also good and cheap so.stop in for rice and chicken.

I had the screen replaced on two of my phones from John. Samsung S8 and iPhone 7. Both were completed in an hour. I have been going to John for years. Great service and great prices for the repair.

Phenomenal service from John. Highly recommend his shop if you dropped your phone and the screen cracked. Good rates and fast repair time. 5 stars!

John was super friendly and professional and on time. Most of all, amazing prices and great service. One thing to note is that he does operate out of his home. Still highly recommend him for any screen repairs. I got my s8+ back brand new after my 2 year old cracked the front glass.

Broke the screen on my iPhoneX but it still functioned fine. Didn’t want to replace the whole screen and digitizer with cheap substandard non apple parts. John replaced just the glass in 1 hour and it works perfect. Saved about 1/2 compared to replacing the whole digitizer. Highly recommended!

I have a mobile shop for 5 years and sell new and used phones.I always go to Phone Pro for assistance and repair. I have never had a problem with John’s service and replacement parts.His replacement lcd screens are excellent quality and he has very fast turn around time.Superb customer service from John always!Highly recommend to visit Phone Proin Richmond, BC!

Just had my phone repaired by John. For less than half the price of getting it done at an authorized repair center I got a phone that looks and operates good as new. It was quick and he was friendly. It was a Galaxy S10 with very cracked/glass. The in screen finger print reader still works perfectly also.
