the male nail technician was extremely rude. rushed & did not take his time. he did not know how to shape nails. i left with bumpy, uneven, cracked nails. when i called to be refunded due to my unpleasant experience he was extremely rude on the phone. he told me he would be refunding my money... which he did, but also would take off the nails he had done. well i came in this morning and he clipped the tops of my acrylics off aggressively, made me bleed & refused to take the whole nail off. i will not return, worst nail experience ever.

Third time I have been here, and the last. Tech was in such a hurry, filed off most of my finger tips at every stage of my fill. Never fully cured my gel polish, so less than 1 hour later, it was peeling and scratched like regular polish. Still feels sticky and tacky. Never again.

$50 pedicure...smudged polish on both feet, cut my toe when doing cuticles. Hardly spoke to me, just touched my foot if he wanted it up, or in the water. Dont waste your hard earned money!

They do a good job here and have all sorts of polishes including powder dip. Pedicures are a treat they give a great message and use hot rocks.

I went to Hampstead Nail & Spa today for my first time and it won't be my last. I had to wear a mask due to covid-19, which was fine and use hand sanitizer when i walked in. They had proper barriers between myself and them as well as between myself and other customers. It was very clean and organized. The owners were very nice and I was happy to make conversation with them during my services. The pedicure was amazing and I enjoyed the hot stone massage! My nails came out great and they even put an extra coat of top coat on for me because I had told them I was going camping and they wanted to make sure the polish was protected. Very good service. Very pleased. Thank you!

I recently moved to the area and walked in on a Friday @3:30 for a pedicure. 2 employees were there but no customers. They told me they were booked for the day (close at 7). I drove home and called to double check" and see if I could make an appointment for the next day. They are opened 10-7 but were also booked. I find it hard to believe. Maybe they need to staff the place or maybe I need to take my business elsewhere."
