My wife’s car had to be towed in unexpectedly. The Service Dept were able to squeeze it in to their schedule the next day and determined that it needed a much cheaper repair than he previously been thought. Much appreciated!

Just recently purchased my second car through you guys, and wow! Was the experience even better than last time. Brendan was a phenomenal salesman, and made sure to consider all of my needs when choosing a new vehicle. Jenny in financing is awesome as well!! The lady at the reception desk was always so welcoming and friendly, too! Overall I would (and have) recommend anyone to shop here when looking for new or used vehicles!

Highly recommend Owen Sound Hyundai when looking for a vehicle. Any of the staff I interacted with was professional, friendly & very knowledgeable. First contact was with Donovin (knowledgeable & accommodating) my main sales consultant Brendan was awesome, & very patient especially when giving the in car instructions for all the bells & whistles. I was also fortunate to interact with Rebecca who was so compassionate & helpful. I am extremely pleased with my Santa Cruz & have had numerous compliments on its color & style. Thank you Owen Sound Hyundai. I will certainly return when the time comes to change vehicles

My husband and I bought our first brand new car and we couldn't be happier. I was in Owen Sound for the day and had a small concern about my vehicle and also needed an oil change.I called the service department and they went out of there way to get my car in so they could inspect my issue and also managed to do the oil change despite being fully booked while I waited.They also did an alignment check and interior clean up at no charge.Very Friendly and professional service that was well beyond my expectations.Thank you to the entire service team!

Excellent dealership even though it is a bit of a drive up from where I live .. pretty drive and nice area so it was definitely worth it. Dealership easy to find and to get to ... and nice open area for taking a vehicle for a test drive! Jody, Brendan, Penny, and Nick were so nice to work with. They went above and beyond (thanks Nick for your magic in getting the extra accessories in so quickly!). I am really happy with my new Santa Cruz! Drives like a dream!

Brought my car in for a brake service. The rear brakes had a bit of a pulse in them and I thought I might have a sticky caliper. They serviced the brakes and everything is silky smooth now. One of the techs worked through his lunch hour so I could get my car back. They even dropped it off for me. Excellent service. Highly recommended. 5 Stars!
