I came in for blood work after a doctors appointment and while the needle was in my arm I felt intense wrist pain. I got NERVE DAMAGE and have to miss weeks of work because of it. 0/5 experience

I had a great time here, it was busy but I got in and out within a hour as a walk in. The reception was nice and the girl who took my blood was a complete sweetheart.No complaints here , of course I could of been in on the right time so who knows.

RUDE PEOPLE!! If you don't want to work with the public don't. Please stop taking it out on the people who are probably not feeling well when they come in. I really don't think that's too much to ask.Only pro they are quick.

I have been to other Life Labs in Cambridge, and this location has been the best experience. I will only go to this location from now on. Staff is super friendly and not grouchy like the others. Only downfall for me is they open at 8am instead of 7am. But for friendly staff, it's worth it.

I needed blood work recently and checked online for available appointments. There were none in KW but I saw this location had an opening. So I drove to Cambridge for my blood work. The blonde girl with glasses was super friendly and we had a few laughs. I have hard veins to find and although she had to poke me a few times, it didn’t hurt much as she was gentle. Thanks so much for being so great!!

I have never had good service here, but today takes the cake. The ladies who work there are absolutely miserable. Today I showed up for a walk in (website said a 15 minute wait). I just got a requisition from my doctor this morning for bloodwork that needs to be done as soon as possible, which is why I opted for walk in as their appt bookings were almost a week out. I was told to take a seat in the hallway" and that I would be called shortly. I sat in the hallway in the only empty seat available

Normally have a nice visit despite getting my blood taken but this location is easily the worst lifelabs I’ve been to. One of the staff working reception was really rude toward people coming in. I get that working in the medical field is tough but there is absolutely no reason to be barking at people who are sick/expecting etc especially when not one person was rude toward her. Will not be returning after this experience.

Had a splendid experience as a first -timer. The reception staff were very kind and helpful in their prescreen questions.I was asked to sit and wait to be called.There were a handful of patients in-front of me but I only waited around for 5 minutes before I was called to go wait at my station.The nurse was super polite and ensured I was comfortable before preceding with the process.
