Julie is a breath of fresh air. She's fun, positive and professional. I met her at a time when I felt stuck. I've been seeing a myriad of different health professionals for almost 20 years, including psychologist, chiropractor, physiotherapist, osteopath, etc. They all helped to a point but my pain, fatigue, mood would not change. In comes Julie and the last 6 months have been very eye-opening and enlightening. Through her trauma informed coaching and movement modalities she's helping me heal my entire body. I have learned that my emotions, thoughts and physical body are all interconnected. For the first time, I've experienced true happiness and have moved my body from freeze" mode to fkexible. I really enjoy working out with Julie. I had a back injury a few years ago and Julie is always checking in to see where I'm at and customizing the days workout to suit my needs. I'm getting stronger and feeling much better.Julie is very knowledgeable in all things fitness and health related and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a personalized approach to their fitness needs!

I found Julie while scrolling on Instagram. She had posted a short video showing a hip mobility exercise. Even though I trained for athletic performance for years, the exercise was new to me, so I tried it. Wow! It really was effective and helpful. I tried a few more of her videos and was hooked. Julie is the real deal, and everything she teaches is effective and efficient. She demonstrates things clearly and tells the science behind it so you know why you are doing it. Currently, I use her app and am also learning about breath work from the online course that she offers. I thought my fitness schedule was well-rounded, but Julie's Fitomize system offers dimensions I had not considered, and includes advanced, rare concepts. My improvement is substantial and clear. What I'm learning will surely be applied through my life for continuing wellness. Julie is attentive, knowledgeable, experienced, and personable. I recommend her and her program to anyone!

I love that Julie meets you where you are in your fitness journey and takes a whole health perspective…all parts are connected. I also like that the exercises are about movement, not trying to make me conform to something I’m not but to help me move my body as it should on a daily basis. I have known Julie for a few years now and she has truly changed my life. I first went to her to help me with my chronic shoulder pain and injury recovery. After going to countless doctors and physio therapist, I could not find anything to help repair my shoulder. In a matter of weeks Julie helped me gain mobility and strengthen my shoulder. After healing my injury I began seeing her for trauma healing and anxiety relief. She helped me find ways to move my body so that I felt safe and could better cope with my anxiety. She is truly so talented and passionate about what she does, I am so grateful I found her.
