Thank you crew at Shannondale for getting our Willow looked at, so she can be the best Momma possible to her babies. Thank you for working with our little rescue slowly so she can continue to learn people and new situations are okay.And a big thank you for ensuring our pups and baby Momma were kept away from others until they are all vaccinated.

Dr. Teresa and her staff are nothing but professionaf. They listen to my concerns and clear up any questions I have. I have had 4 dogs over 20 years and trusted this vet clinic with them, and now a new puppy called Ryder. When I had to euthanize my old girls Teresa was compassionate and gave me all the time I needed to say good bye. Excellent clinic.

They have been incredibly supportive, prior to the pandemic, during the pandemic and I can't see that changing once life gets back to normalcy. The staff, vets, and vet techs are very friendly.

I've been with Shannondale since it opened and before that with Dr. Teresa. I would not bring my pets anywhere else. The compassion, service and timely replies from all her staff always ensure I am doing the best for my pets.

Shannondale Pet Hospital was my veterinary clinic for my little dog Zoe, from 2008 - until her passing in October 2022, at almost 16 years of age. Dr. Teresa and her team were always amazing to work with throughout the years and provided Zoe with the best medical care you could ask for. One thing that particularly stood out, was that Dr. Teresa always remained extremely positive in situations, even when Zoe was diagnosed with several troublesome issues that had me in worry. Following Zoe's passing, the clinic sent out a very nice floral bouquet to my home which was greatly appreciated under the circumstances. Thank you again Shannondale and I wish your team nothing but the best going forward!

I would have given you a zero but it wasn't an option. I called Shannondale pet hospital yesterday. My dog had been hit by a car, my car and was need of help. I explained my vet was closed for the holidays. They said as we weren't clients that they couldn't help. Perhaps they need to to read their own mission statement. There are lots of words about care and professionalism. We would strongly disagree. Maybe a name change would bein order, I would be willing to help. Are dog ended up having a severely broken leg and a dislocated hip. We had her put down late last night. Nice job.

We took our cat there under emergency circumstances as our regular vet was closed. Shawna and Dr. Teresa could not have been better. They carefully explained everything to us, and took really good care of our boy. He had to be hospitalized for a few nights however, they were wonderful at keeping us informed as to his progress. Wasn't inside, except the front vestibule, due to Covid, but it was exceptionally clean. Thank you Dr. Teresa and Shawna!

Many years ago we were lucky enough to purchase a yellow lab rescue dog from the Humane Society. We named her Penny. For the first few years Penny lived her life on full tilt. She got injured several times at daycare, on walks and while playing ball. She took her injuries well and but didn’t seem to learn. Eventually, she aged into an amazing walking companion and family pet. She loved her family and was the most loyal dog we ever had. Dr. Teresa and her staff have been there for us throughout Penny’s good times and her unfortunate roughhousing injuries. They always remembered who she was and seemed genuinely happy to see her. We will miss Penny. Thank you Shannondale Pet for your compassion in helping us deal with our loss of our best girl. Wayne and Robin
