I contacted Reins late in the week after furnace ceased to work in early November and time was crucial since temperatures were steadily dropping. Josh was able to respond quickly and came out to the site the following day to provide an estimate for a new Carrier heating system. He presented a multilevel estimate to provide a variety of options at different price points and answered all of our heating questions. Josh responded promptly over the weekend to all of our questions, and with his help we were able to make an informed decision on how best to meet the heating needs. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and once the decision on which furnace had been made he was able to book the installation for the middle of the following week. Wednesday morning the technicians arrived and quickly removed the old furnace and installed the new Carrier furnace while adhering to all covid protocols. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the installation in 4 or 5 hours. I can't say enough about Josh and the entire team at Reins. From the first meeting with Josh to receive a quote, to the technicians who installed the unit, to Mary at the office, they were all so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend the team at Reins.

Absolutely incredible service from beginning to end! Josh was very fast at providing all the information we needed and was very friendly. He never once tried to push anything on us we did not need and is a wealth of knowledge! The guys that did the installation were beyond polite and professional! The new system itself as well is top notch at a very reasonable price. I will be recommending them to everyone!!

From start to finish this company has been a pleasure to work with. Josh has been very responsive and professional. The team that did the install were kind, quick and listened to our concerns before they began. Our new duct work is clean looking and they were able to help us minimize the bulk heads in our basement which was very important to us.
