Edit: they tried saying they never sold a Legacy playing on words of 2010 vs 2011, an easy typo to try and pretend it didn't happen and to remove review.Bought a car from them in January, the staff acted very nice and friendly. Told me if there's any issues just let them know. Less than a month later I noticed issues with engine, I contacted them and they told me they'll call me back and setup an appointment with their mechanic which I thought that's great. Well they never called back so I showed up to the dealership in person, was told same thing they'll speak to their mechanic and get back to me, they never did.Fast forward 3 months of them not getting back to me and the car is basically dead and cannot be driven. Call several more time to be told i should have called them to which I remind them I have several times over the months, they proceed to yet again say they'll call me back and never do. Now they ignore all further calls from my number.Do not do business with these guys, they put on a great front but afterwards it's all downhill. Submitted complaint to the BBB to which they've also ignored letter from.

Very kind and helpful salesman. Work hard to make sure the car I purchased was capable of lasting a long time!

Hoping to buy a car thereWas treated extremely well so farEdit: Did not end up buying car. Owner refused my fair offer in December. Had first looked at it in October. Noise coming from front end discovered then, during test drive. When I returned with cash in hand in December, my offer was not accepted, nor was the car's problem fixed.Car still sitting on lot in April ...

Shortly after buying a car from Loyal Auto Sales, a transmission problem came to light. I took the car back to Ali and he had his own mechanic fix the problem free of charge.Everyone who works at the dealership is committed to their customers. There's no better place in Nova Scotia to buy a used car.

best service you can get,, they allow customers to take any car your buying to do pre-sale inspection,, ask for a carfax and they provide it to you,, I bought a car from them and 6 of my friends bought cars from them and we are very happy,, one friend had an issue with the air-conditioning a couple days after he bought it and they took care of him not like some other dealerships that would never do something for you.. best place recommended to purchase your vehicle.

Didn't know sketchy dealerships selling trashed cars still existed. They sold a 2010 legacy with a new safety on it before he bought it and before test driving we noticed they safetied it with bald tires and tried to sell it without replacing the tires. Made them replace the tires, then we had to replace the brakes because they were also shot. Then the errors they cleared off the dash lights started coming back and we plugged in a blue driver to read the errors and it showed they just t cleared everything off before the sale to appear as the car was fine. The more was done. Done done. Classic Subaru head gasket and they just covered it up. The first couple calls they said they would help but needed to call us back later and they would never call. Eventually started trying to just ignore calls. Emails and everything. Sketchy dealership that's just scamming people selling junk they patch up enough to temporarily hide problems.

I bought my car from Ali the owner. The car was like new.Ali was very helpful with me helping me with all the procedures to do.I had plenty of payment suggestions and other stuff and he was open to discuss them all.Don't miss the place if you want to buy a car .

Be careful when buying a car from this seller.I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus and in less than a month needed to put an additional $2000.00 worth of repairs to the car. When I purchased the car I was told it was “good to go, nothing wrong with this one”. They did an MVI on it and in less than a month it started shuttering between 1st and 2nd gear (automatic transmission). I took the car to the FORD Dealership to figure out the problem. I was told it needed a new clutch assembly. So I called Loyal Auto and explained the issue. When I bought the car I even purchased the extended warranty that they offer. However this extended warranty did not extend to the part or work I needed done.He said to bring it to them and he would help me out with his mechanic. After the car being there for a day he said it was ready for pick up. When I asked what was done he said all it needed was some new transmission fluid. Within a week the car had the same problem again.Beware that the mechanics are not licensed. I will not purchase another car from this lot and I recommend you get any vehicle purchased here checked by a certified mechanic before finalizing the sale.

Purchased a 2009 hyundai elantra from here. Lots broke. The owner put some money towards repairs as some of the things that broke left me in near fatal accidents that would have been a guaranteed death had I got on the highway as it was an arm control, brake lines etc. I had the car for 15 months bought it for 5 put 6 into it. Your truly better off buying a brand new car and having a payment as I lost 11 grand to have to buy a new car a year later.
