I called Chris and other service companies to give a quotation for the installation of A/C in our new home. He came with the cheapest quote for the same size as others. He was swift with the response and installation. He did a clean job and the A/C works perfectly. I will definitely call him in the future for other services.I recommend Pro-West to everyone. Chris came to my house I a day or two after calling them. Not waited for weeks like other companies. Excellent customer service showed up on time gave me a quote same day. Quote was excellent very well fitted in my budget for good brand AC York. I wanted bigger Ac but he suggested little smaller than it will work nicely and saved my money on unit. Installed in few hours on given time. Even gave me flexibility in paying the amount for new AC unit. I highly recommend them for anything. They value the customer and gives you very good quotes. I think I have not seen anyone so professional and client oriented. I called Chris and he was super punctual and professional. He was able to help me with my issues with Furnace and install new one. He charged me very good price and he installed new furnace in very good time. And above all he was empathetic to whole situation. I will recommend Pro West to everyone. Five Stars for this Business. We were referred to this business by the shop that did all our diesel engine work and gave Pro-West Refrigeration top marks and they were right. We had Espar Heaters installed in Two of our One Ton Trucks to ensure that they would have the engines warmed overnight when winter camping. Chris Schuster is the Lead person at this location, he performed his work in a professional manner, made time to answer all my questions as well as responded to all emails quickly. He demonstrated flexibility when we requested to drop the vehicles off earlier than scheduled. The bill was exactly as quoted. In addition Chris did some research for another heating project for the future.I would use the services of Pro-West again without hesitation.
