Extremely rude sales people. When I asked them to stop with the pushy sales calls and I would get back to them on my own time Barry told me he didn't care about having me as a client and that he was doing me a favour. I don't care about the marginal monthly savings enough to deal with slimy, arrogant behaviour.

Amazing Customer Service. Howard and his team answer my calls and any questions immediately. Work hard for the service they provide. Went out of their way to help me with a last minute switch over and accommodate my needs.

They will continue to bill you for months despite providing verbal and written notice you want to cancel. They billed me for 7 months of unused service after I received confirmation my account had been cancelled 7 months prior. When I called to dispute this, I was given the run around by multiple customer service reps until finally I was contacted about a potential refund after leaving a 1 star review. They said they could only give me 3 months of charges back, and that I was lucky to be getting anything. While they are a good service while you are a paying customer, this was a very negative cancellation process.

Our card processor has been down for a week. The response correct the problem has been very slow with poor communication. We have lost thousands of dollars in revenue as a result. This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Update: The problem with our card processor was rectified shortly after this review was posted. Digitech apologized for the gap in our card processing. They were very pleasant to deal with when I spoke to them personally and accepted responsibility for their error. They also provided a reduction of 5 basis points on our processing fees as partial compensation for our financial losses related to this event.

The team at Digitech Payments have been great to work with. Sophie has been a tremendous help with getting our various merchant account and related integrations set up, as well as assisting us with account maintenance through Elavon. Alice, Brittany, and Caroline have also reached out every few months to check in and see if there is anything they can help with. I have appreciated their customer service and commitment to us as a valued customer.
