Love this store, they are very nice, helpful and i felt like they really did their best to help ! Been going there for a very long time and will not change !

I had an appointment to see the eye exam specialist , the specialist wasn't in on the day of my examination and instead of cancelling they called to confirm that I will be there . Why cant they call back and pros-pone the visit since their Optometrist isnt in ?? (Got charged $105.00)So my exam was done by one of their sales persons instead ....I was asked to come back a week later so their Optometrist can see me , we did certain exams over again bcuz they weren't done right , they added a drop to check for pressure in the eye's !After completion I was told that my left eye needs a 1.75 lens and the right needs a 2.5 , I accept this bcuz my right eye is somewhat blurry during reading .... 2nd visit $55.00 .Insurance refused to pay for the 2nd visit bcuz it should have been charged on the Official invoice on the 1st invoice !Upon going in to get my glasses I now see double clearly on the right and cross eyed with both eyes open . Prescription says 1.75 to the left and 3.5 to the right !!!! When I asked the Optometrist what my prescription was , I was told 1.75 to the left and 2.5 for the right , so why make me glasses with 3.5 ?????? So bcuz I argued that 3 days have been lost of work for this issue and I raised my voice they got offended and I was told that they will REFUND me bcuz they dont want to deal with me ..... Plus I spoke in English and they kept responding back in French , Before they had my money English wasn't a problem ...... I chose to get refunded and will take my loss and go to a much better place with a better class of people ....... I will be claiming a refund for the $55.00 with credit card company ........I hope this review causes damage towards them , If they had refunded my $55.00 maybe I would have thought and reviewed differently , I'm just tired of being stepped on from businesses that don't give us 100% service !!

I wouldn’t even give them 0 star. They are agressive people, with attitude touching the skies. And most of all they use personal informations of the customer for their profits. They are thieves. Don’t ever go there if you don’t want get surprises about your identity lost!
