Excellent work and service. The mobile app is especially great - I can follow progress minute-by-minute, get notified when the techs arrive, see their photos, fantastic!

anytime any of the dock doors/dock plates break at my work i call on pro door and they come everytime within hours of the call, the service technicians are always polite and efficient.Rob the service manager is hands down professional and a great guy, reception as well has always been responsive and great and easy to work with.

I have been using Pro-Door & Dock for almost 15 years commercially. The service is prompt and consistent year over year. The team are great to work with and pick up the phone which in an emergency situation is priceless.The app they developed has been very useful, it ads a modern touch.Overall highly recommended you wont be disappointed.

Update - the Supplier came through for us and finished the project , updating the stars to 5 as the dock doors look great and work great , kudos to the team at pro door for making this happen.

The staff at Pro Door are the best in the industry. Courteous and knowledgeable, they make repairs and new installs seem effortless. The staff work within our schedule here at Central Group and provide quick service when required. I have recently setup their app which allows me to schedule work, see progress and completion time right to my mobile phone.Overall, Pro Door is amazing value, great products in the industry and the best staff that I have had provide service to me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Horrible experience with Pro-Dock & Door. They over charge like crazy! We are 2 doors down from them and asked if they could come by quick and check our lift system to make sure it was safe. Two guys walk over, look for 5 minutes and put some oil in and say all good. Then we get an invoice charging an hour for travel and 2 electricians for 2.25 hours for over $400? This is insane. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Go somewhere else.

I have no hesitation to provide Five STARs for Pro-Door & Dock Systems simply for the following Five Reasons.1) Tech Savy: Their automated system delivers the status on start to finish.2) Timely action: Most of the time, they complete the work order on the same day except those situations where spares required to be brought in.3) Cost: Their material and labor cost is reasonable4) Productivity enhancement: As we managed multiple distribution sites, Pro-door makes sure on business process does not stop or delayed with their pro-active response.5) They are prompt on PM report, follow up and Corrective Maintenance to maintain the equipment in order.Disclaimer: This is only an opinion of appreciation and should not claimed as formal document.
