Karufa Window and Door - Winnipeg Window Company

What started off as a good experience with the first set of windows has now turned into a grossly disappointing experience. The installers were professional and efficient but did leave something to be desired in regards to finishing touches. (Foam residue specifically). Post installation, I didn't hear from my sales person once. Looking past these things, I decided to continue with them for consistency. After contacting Pauline about another installation, she asked that I contact my prior sales person. Still waiting for a response over a week later. 2 voicemails to Pauline later, still waiting for a response. Unfortunate that ordering windows would be this difficult.

I am beyond happy with Karufa window and door, not only had my home window done but both of my inlaw and recently my daughter and they all happy and satisfied with the products and services, i would highly recommend this company to anyone, i want to thanks Rudy and Steve, you guys are rock..

Do yourself a favor and hire these guys! We hired Karufa to replace the 40 year old windows with old wooden frames in our new home. Steven and his team were professional, efficient, and left our house clean and orderly, with all expected finishing touches. Our new windows look beautiful!It was a bit challenging to get in touch with reception by phone sometimes, but emails always prompted a quick reply. Our estimator, Nevin, provided us with a quick assessment, much appreciated advice about the best products for our needs, and the bill after the work was done matched the quote. It was broken down in a way that was easy to understand, and we're very happy with our new windows and sliding glass door. Thanks Karufa!

After obtaining several quotes for the replacement of all of the windows in our almost 30 year old home, we decided to opt for Karufa Window and Door. We wanted to ensure that the company we chose had the capacity to do the job, which, at 40 plus windows, was a larger one, and that also that the company would do its utmost to ensure that we could re-use the majority of the existing window blinds, as these had been replaced fairly recently, and we did not want to have to deal with that additional expense. Of all of the companies that we interviewed, only Karufa was even willing to explore this possibility. We also had the added feeling of comfort with this company, as they had recently completed a job beautifully for friends of ours. We would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Karufa Window and Door to others. Rudy, Noel, and their staff were completely professional, and completed the job in a timely manner and as promised. When an unanticipated issue arose regarding our blinds, Noel was very quick to deal with it and get it resolved in a satisfactory manner. Steven and his crew were friendly, worked efficiently, and were very careful to clean up properly after each day's work. Since having our job completed, we have already referred this company to others, and are happy to report that they are equally happy with Karufa's work. We really got the sense that this family company truly cared about the job that they were undertaking for us, and that they take an extremely high amount of pride in their work,. The result of our beautiful windows certainly shows. Well done!

After our neighbour had work done by Karufa, we decided to give them a try. Not only are they very price competitive but their windows are super great. The installation guys did a great job. Nice to have clean and energy efficient windows after 30+ years of old aluminum sliders. My wife and I would highly recommend them.

We contacted Kaufka Window and Door when we decided to replace our backdoor. The house was built in 1949 and I'm sure the door was original. Kaufka Windows and Door were easy to deal with and very professional. From the quote to the delivery and installation, everything was done quickly and professionally. The day of the installation Rudy arrived early and the door was installed quickly and with a minimum of inconvenience. We are planning to replace the front door in the near future and will certainly use Kaufka Door and Window for that job. Excellent work.

My wife had Karufa Windows build and install windows at our personal residence as well as a rental property. We could not be more happy with this company. They beat out pricing from other competitors including the big box stores and they were great to deal with. Rudy is professional and attentive to details. After the installation we noticed a significant improvement to the heat retention in our home and the installation was very quick. I would highly recommend using this company and plan to use them again in the future.

I had ordered new basement Windows from a competitor. They were horrible!! I was told what I wanted was impossible and that there was something wrong with me mentally for wanting what I wanted. I then got Karufa out for a quote. Every single person from the company treated me with complete kindness and respect. The order was done very quickly. The installers were here today and I can't believe how fast and efficient they were. The new Windows are absolutely beautiful and the install is exactly what I wanted, what I was told previously was impossible. Also they offered a very competitive price point. Im an extremely difficult person to please and I am very very happy!!! Thank you very much Karufa!!!! I will definitely buy from you again!!

I bought windows and doors from Karufa and was impressed with the quality and service.Rudy was absolutely fantastic to work with. He answered every question I had through the planning and ordering process and did a great job explaining my options. The windows and doors where delivered on time and look great. Very impressed by the price and the high quality of the product.I am very impressed with them and would definitely buy from Karufa again.

We had consultations with 3 different window companies & found Karufa to be the most helpful; we knew what we wanted, didn't know if it could be achieved, but Karufa gave us many ideas & solutions, laying out the perfect plan. They were incredibly quick with installation & price was very fair. I would be giving them 5 stars if it weren't for the way the installation ended; I had made them aware of my epilipsy, so that if I went into a seizure they would know to just call my neighbours. As the team was getting ready to leave, the older guy, who hadn't said a single word to me yet, stayed inside & asked if he could pray over me, to 'heal' my epilipsy. A complete stranger who hadn't said a word to me before this was now asking if he could put his hand on me & pray. I told him I appreciated it & he was more than welcome to pray for me, but I didn't feel comfortable with him sticking around & doing it in my home. I made it very clear that I was not interested, but he kept persisting & would not leave me alone. I had to tell him at least 6 times to stop & that I wasn't interested before he finally stopped insisting on praying over me. I was SO uncomfortable. Besides this, my experience was amazing so I will hire the company again in the future, but I will definitely be requesting that this specific employee not be present. Please remember that customers are hiring you for window installation, not a church sermon.
