Very pleasant experience coming here. The ladies at the front are incredibly friendly. Dr. Pennifold is highly intelligent and her office is equipped with a lot of great technology that provides detailed information about the overall health of your eyes. Her exams are thorough and I feel that she provides the utmost care to her patients.

Absolutely love Dr Pennifold and her team! Very pleasant, funny and friendly clinic and team. Efficient and clean. Dr Pennifold is absolutely amazing! She took the time to go through everything with me in great detail, was personable and extremely knowledgeable. The entire experience was very enjoyable! And they carry my favorite brand of Eyewear :) love this place!

I had a wonderful experience! I went for a routine eye exam and I had a few concerns about my vision quality. I felt very heard and well taken care of. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely return for further care and eye exams in the future and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

I always have a lovely time visiting JRVC! They have the most welcoming staff who always go above and beyond to provide the best care for their patients! And if getting an eye exam makes you nervous at all, you can calm your nerves by petting their super cute and friendly office dog Mikli!

Doctor gave sufficient time and explained me everything in detail. Also, they were able to get my previous records from different place. Dr. Penfold is incredible! She diligently answered all my questions and spent the time to thoroughly access my eyes preforming tests that my previous optometrist has not. I highly recommend!! Also the clinic is beautiful and the therapy puppy is the best!!

Unreal level of professionalism and knowledge from Dr. Pennifold! Any of my questions or concerns were not only addressed but explain in great detail. The rest of the staff are all quite lovely to deal with as well! Especially Dr. Pennifold's service dog, he's the bestest boy! I saw him interact with multiple kids and they really seemed to like him too. They have a great selection of frames; everything from reasonably priced to high end brand names. Overall great vibes, great experience - I could go on and on!
