I can not recall the last time going to Tim's and giving it a 10/10. The coffee was fresh, great tasting , unlike other places that has a burnt taste. The apple fritter was so fresh too. Been awhile since having such a fresh donut. Walked out of there totally satisfied. Thank you

How hard is it to make a coffee correct. I swear everytime we go to this place they get our drinks WRONG each time and we have to repeat ourselves 2 to 3 times. Why don't I just burn my money right in the store.

Waited 20 minutes to order despite less than 5 people in line ahead of me with small orders. Ordered a lime cilantro chicken wrap and a coffee. Confirmed twice with the employee that yes I'd like a cilantro lime chicken wrap. 10 minutes later another employee, preparing the food, brought me a bowl. I informed her that I ordered a wrap, and she rudely replied that's not what on my screen" and walked off.I have been coming to this Tim Hortons regularly for 35 years on trips to and from Toronto and southern Ontario. Sad to see how little the current employees care about their customers. My family and I will never stop here again."

I would give zero if i could!! This place is the worst tim hortons EVER! It took 45min to get 3 coffees and one sandwich, and guess what… the sandwich was made wrong!! The workers look like they’re on slow motion and the line up goes around the store.If you think the drive through is any better… nope, still a massive line up!

Very ignorant girl running the window tonight (Monday Feb 6 at 6 pm) She handed over coffees but said she couldn't tell which was which when asked - very rude and blamed it on her coworkers hand writing. Not very many types of donuts for the 6 pack, which seems to be a common theme these days. Then screwed up the order and almost sent away without the $16 worth of sandwiches ordered. Gave a ton of attitude when politely asked to get them. Eye rolling? Sighing loudly? Scowling? Shoving food angrily out the window at customers??? What the heck has happened to this Tim Hortons??

A large Tim Horton’s perfectly located for stops along your trips up north. Huge selection of donuts, timbits, and bagels. Service was okay (not joyous like other locations) and we got in before the rush so we got our food right away. During peak times it can get quite busy and lines are long. Tons of seating and great views!

Consistent at being one of the slower Tim Hortons around. Expect to take 30 minutes or more if it's busy at all. The Tims at the other side of town is always faster.

If this is the one in Bancroft heading towards Haliburton, slow service because only one person. There was 3 of us and a screwed up order for one of us. It took us an hour to get each our orders. Felt sorry for one lady and could see more staff at the drive thru.
