I worked at Nordia for a little over a year and honestly I think it’s the best experience I had working at a call centre. It might be due to COVID and the fact that I worked from home for 1 year that made the experience better. I liked my coworkers and I definitely was paid decently. Overall I would recommend Nordia as a good place to work

Nordia ghosted me during a mental health crisis. They told me to email them on the employee email network from home about my issues, so I did. I received no replies and was promptly dismissed with no severance. For reasons listed: employee did not communicate with employer. 100% they did this, I was too abused to fight it.Nordia was created as a shell company after Bell employees unionized, so Bell can pay less to their call centre employees via contracts to Nordia. Bell should not exist, this is predatory.

Nordia rocks. I've been a Nordia employee for almost 6 years and have nothing but good things to say about the company. Management is very progressive, pay is competitive and the benefits are great. It can be stressful at times but what job isn't? I'm definitely a happy camper.

Don’t work here, it’s not worth it. Your mental health will end up in the toilet, and for being a company that works on the behalf of a company that is all about mental health, they don’t take it seriously. Management will gaslight you & lie to you. Just save yourself the pain and potential therapy and just work somewhere else.

Great staff and always a pleasure to work there. Very centralized and some nice places in the area to get lunch on your lunch break. Very competitive wages and a fun work environment. Great benefits too.

I have really enjoyed my time with Nordia so far. The company is very inclusive and supportive of all people and their personal needs (part time, full time, student) which is more than I can say about other companies in this industry.Nordia has a strong leadership team, with a lot of hands on support, and each team member is treated like an individual.I thoroughly enjoy the ability to work from home, and the fact that Nordia provides you with everything you need to be successful in your daily tasks. I am glad I made the career change I did!

Hi, i do have a experience to share with you all, i had worked here as a customer service representative in nordia for around two years, but currently am not working there anymore but my experience was great all the team manager’s,colleagues, department managers, receptionist all the employees were very supportive and helpful to me they have a great heart and great patience they will try there best to keep an employee at the maximum level of helping and supporting to be honest Nordia is a great place to work as a new comer or as an employee
