Bought 2 couches from them. roughly $6000 in total having issue's that we were told are under warranty and that the couches would be picked up and sent out for repair. This started in Feb 2022, many texts and emails back and fourth and it's now hitting the end of April and it's been crickets for a month now. not impressed at all.City furniture get your head in the game!

Great products and selection. Always have the newest models and top of the line brands. Kind of a bit difficult to find parking during peak traffic times as they are on main Street and construction on roads out front make it even more difficult but their staff is quite helpful and knowledgeable.

The best location to buy furniture and appliances in town. Huge selection and good deals across the whole store every time I go in. Employees are helpful and not at all pushy. Update July 2020: I was very impressed the last time I went in shopping for a refrigerator the man in the floor knew all the dimensions on every unit off the top of his head. I brought a tape measure but didn't even need to use it.

My mother found a good deal on a new fridge and stove. However, they decided not to tell her that they had smashed a window and did not care. She called into the shop itself and said, not their problem. So for the savings on the two items she now needs a window instead.

I placed an order on a tv that was on sale. Shortly after placing the order I recieved a call that it was not in stock, which quickly changed to price was an error and that if I wanted the tv I would have to pay the new price that was changed on the website after my order was placed. They said they could get a different tv for the same price... Which would be changing the make and quality as opposed to matching the original price advertised. Is this not false advertising to not follow through on the advertised price? Not happy, and will not order again.
