City Wide Water Heater Service

We had a very good experience with Citywide, everyone we dealt with was wonderful! Ferdy installed our hot water tank and was super knowledgeable and made sure we understood the work he was doing & the new water heater.Thanks Citywide & Ferdy!!

I phoned CityWide Water Heater Service when our tank started leaking (after 18 years of use). They had actually installed our previous water heater. Their answering service was polite and, after asking some details about our tank, gave me the pricing up front... totally in line with what I expected. That was a nice surprise.The technician (Rob) arrived on time and started work immediately. I was told in advance of an additional piece of work required to meet city code... installation of a gas cutoff to the water heater... and the final bill was exactly what I had been told it would be.Great service. No surprises. I'd definitely use these guys again.

City Wide and Mike the Service Tech that came out to replace our water heater were amazing to deal with! They were responsive, had excellent knowledge of the issue and were quick and professional fixing the issue. I will be recommend their services to all friends and family!

I my wife called city wide and they showed up on the appointment time that was given to us. The technician Ferdy was knowledgeable and his advice on choosing the right product was very helpful, to our surprise once we made the decision on the product he installed right away. I’m a Co-op member at Meadowood Drive , Wes was called to replace our water heater, he was so nice and professional!! He deserves a promotion for his kindness! Wow so impressed with him and your company! He did the whole job with a smile on his face . Wes your a good man keep up the good work !!!

Needed a thermocouple replaced in my hot water tank, and I knew that’s what the issue was. When I said ok to the price of $150, without even looking at it they told me I needed to get a new tank. Also added “Did I say $150? Sorry I gave you the wrong price. It’s actually $275 and probably won’t fix your issue.” Got someone else to do it and it’s fixed now. Don’t let them scam you.

We had a big leak in our water tank and City Wide came out short notice on a Saturday to replace it. Mike was super knowledgeable and explained options for gas and electric. Overall a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

I went downstairs to do the laundry. To my surprise I see a trail of water coming from my 12 years old hot water tank. I go my computer and do a Google search. I see City Wide has good reviews. So I gave them a call.The girl on the phone was very friendly. She said she can have someone come down today or tomorrow. I said today would be fine.Okay, she said we will send someone to take a look at it." Then she started to tell me the cost of the tank and the cost of just having someone coming down to look at it. So called service call. Thanks

The person who answered the phone was very great, and the service technician arrived within the hour. Rob was friendly, professional and knowledgable.
