Bell is the worst cell phone company to use. I ordered a new phone off the app, and had it shipped to my Moms cause I was away. They created a Bell account using my Moms personal information without her permission. When contacting customer support they hung up on me 4 times. They have refused to remove my Mom from the account they illegally made. NEVER USE BELL WORST CELL PHONE COMPANY AROUND

Great experience at the Bell Devonshire location this week. Patrick went above and beyond to ensure I understood my new plan and was happy with my upgrade. He didn't rush me, was very attentive to my needs and made sure to tell me he was available to help if I had any issues down the road. This was probably the best in store experience. I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking for Bell products and services.

Cassandra is the most helpful representative we have ever encountered for any services. This is the second time we've worked with her and she went above and beyond with setting up phone services for my 90 year old grandmother. She paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was taken care of.

Had a great experience at the Bell Devonshire Mall store. Setup 2 iPhones (1 new) + tv Fibe and internet. Started off with Colin, who we found out later was the manager, and finished setting everything up with Moe. Both gave us their undivided attention, explained everything extremely well and made us fully aware of what we were buying. Only downside was the extra hookup and change costs/problems which is a Bell corporate issue nothing to do with the great service we received at the Devonshire Mall store.

I have needed help for various reasons with my iPhone. Went to Devonshire Mall Bell Store, three different times and had three different representatives Wait on me. And all three were acting amazing. Kudos to Identify,Suhail and Cassandra!! They are a great team!!

My worst experience ever.I bought a plan with them and it barely worked ( I was on 3G and it couldn’t even load Google ) and their excuse is that in my area, the towers have a problem and they have multiple complaints from that area. Like you guys have multiple complaints and still the tower is not fixed? Also, some of the sales consultants in this store don’t know anything and they suspended my account so I couldn’t port out my number. Although I asked them not to do it because I want to port out the number.If you want to get bell, first check with them if their towers work properly in your area cause if it doesn’t work, they are not gonna fix it anytime soon!!!

We have had a wonderful experience at Bell! Everytime we call they are so friendly and helpful, we never have a problem with the internet and if we do need to get ahold of them its a quick call! Very happy customer :)
