VIP Pet Care

The management is terrible. Staff are treated poorly and are overworked. Time off is not given when asked, even when informed in advanced. i witnessed an employee get abused physically and emotionally, while picking up my dog. i do not feel as though this place is safe for animals nor the employees. i have friends who worked there and had to quit because of the hours and the lack of respect.

I have not booked with kennel as yet. The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. Would not hesitate to book my pet in for lodging when I take my trip.

This place should close. They leave dogs in kennels for a long time. Not every dog seems to be allowed the same play time or care. Left without water. Dogs are getting infections and wounds and owners are not being told about it. Diseases spread easy and that place should be closed down. I know multiple dogs leave there more depressed then when they arrived. do not take your dog here

VIP is always consistently great with our pet, and they treat him like a friend of theirs. Excellent pet care.

Brought my dog there for 3 nights when I picked up I asked how she was and staff said good, when I came home we found a bite mark under her eye and above her eye and got told nothing by staff. What if it gets infected what if it was worse or what if her eye got bitten. Not happy with this situation

I had my girls there for I think 8 days. I picked them up today, and I was so happy to see my girl Meadow had slimmed down a bit, because she needed to lose a little bit of weight… and Onyx, her fur just seemed so much softer! They were both obviously very well looked after. Meadow right now, is laying on my bed and is SO TIRED. Onyx was spayed just before going in to boarding (bad timing), but the incision looks great and from the looks of it didn’t have the chance to bother with them. I am VERY happy with this boarding facility, and will 100% recommend them to anyone I know who needs to send their dog to daycare, or boarding. It would have been nice to have seen a photo of them; however, they are BUSY so I don’t fault them for that at all. I called them today after brining them home to let them know how happy I was with them, but I had to leave a review online as well just to make sure ppl knew how great they were.A BIG thank you to all who took such great care of my girls. It is so appreciated.

Very unhappy with this kennel....it was my dogs first time and I explained that if she was to nervous or scared to please call my emergency contacts and they will come get her. We called an hour after I dropped her off to see how she was doing. We were told that she was great out in the yard playing and doing well. When I called a 2 nights later was told that she is so scared and they and they can even get her out of the kennel so she's been in there the entire time! No one was called and we were lied to. We picked mu doh up within 20 min and could barley get her out of the kennel she was so scared. Never again.

I just got off the phone with you asking if the lady who has been caught stringing a dog 3 4 ft in the air was an employee and if she still worked for you. You avoided and deflected which leads me to assume she does. I will never bring my animals down there again. My wife has used your service in the past so you can't say I havnt even used your service. After seeing a post like that and listening to you defend her actions I hope no one trusts this place. The fact it's taken over a week for a formal notice of the incident is pathetic at best. With how many negative reviews don't believe the good ones I have friends that will post good reviews for me too. That is a vip petcare shirt in the photo I tagged is it not

I have been taking my my dog to VIP for daycare and boarding for a several years now, and the staff are fantastic and take such good care of her. She gets lots of opportunity to play and socialize with other dogs in a safe environment. They treat her like one of their own, and she always comes home happy...and pooped out. When I travel, I can go knowing she is in good hands.
