Extremely disappointing and rude clinic, they booked an appointment for me with the doctor for a family doctor appointment and then did not even leave that courtsey " call they pride themselves in and after calling twice no where was it mentioned of their missed appointment fee of a ridiculous $75 LMAO and I came in to discuss with the receptionist she got snippy with me and lied straight to my face about the call being made to me. When I showed her exactly where is this call on my phone I didn't get a call or voicemail i was supposed to get and she said it's up to us if we wanna make that call or not so if the doctor didn't then he didn't.How disrespectful. I'm extremely disappointed.I do not know her name she is small short with blue eyes and a BIG attitude.Disgusting treatment to your customers who come to your for help."

This clinic is very reliable. Before the pandemic, it was always a quick walk-in clinic and you are all done in less than an hour. However, with the whole Covid situation, you have to wait quite a while before you can be seen by the doctor.I have my family doctor and the doctors here are so nice and knowledgeable.The one issue I had one time was that, I came to see the doctor for couple of medical and mental concerns. But the doctor replied stating that he can only deal with one concern per visit. I really needed to talk to my doctor but I guess they get busy sometimes.Overall, this clinic is very professional and proficient.

I always had a very good experience at this clinic. I went to the clinic over the weekend and was first in the queue waiting for the clinic to open , and I was the first one to get registered, afterwards the staff calls the person behind me in the queue to see the doctor first. When I asked , they told me its some kind of system error/issue, It was quite disappointing, if I am first in the queue ,waiting first, I should be the first to see the doctor!!

Horrible. The least compassionate medical" office that I've EVER been to!! It says "Urgent Care

Spoke to the lady at the front desk and asked her to call me because we will be waiting outside. 2 and a half hours later still no call.. so I call them to check up and she told a full lie and said I was called 20 people ago. My partner was next in line with me and he didnt get a call either so they lied. NEVER coming here again. This is exactly why I hate doctors now.

Very poor service! They are running the clinic like a chicken shelter. All they care about is getting their Pakistani doctor Tehran fathima or something to look at 100 patients in 100 seconds so that they can bill the govt. their daily headcount. She didn’t care what the problem was. She just dismissed us asap cause she was tired for the day as she squeezed in 200 people in the last one hour.

So I went there go get a referral and the wait was long but I understood because that's no one's fault. The place was organized and you got seen in the order of your arrival however when I got to see the Doc, she refused to give me a referral which was my primary reason for going there. So after almost two hours of waiting, I didn't get what I needed. She said I needed to get ir from my family doctor however I informef her that I dont have one. Where is one supposed to go to get a referral if you have no family doctor? She couldn't answer that so I guess I'll just have to have no access to that aspect of Healthcare then?

With a decrease in physicians and walk-in/urgent care availability, it's been a real challenge to find quality care, especially for young children and urgently. Dr Nabi is wonderful. She is attentive, NEVER rushes you or makes you feel unheard, she explains everything in its entirety and makes sure that her patient is comfortable and fully informed. I've seen her for myself and my young child, and every time I feel like I have finally found someone who genuinely cares about us. There is so much negativity and upset in the world of healthcare right now and I was so grateful to have seen her of all people when we needed her. There are good, caring people out there still, I promise. She is one of them.

How can a clinic turn a patient away just because they don't have a family doctor? This clinic and any other clinics under this one should be ashamed of them selves. Nobody can even go to the hospital because they're too busy and turning people away! Urgent care is supposed to be for EVERYONE and for non emergency patients. There is no reason that will ever be good enough for you to do this to people.
